Have you ever looked at one person and your heart immediately started beating faster than usual? His black hair was a perfect contrast to his milky skin, the little scar on his cheek and his slightly big yet cute nose was all Yeri could think about. She stole glances as he talked to his friends across the canteen of their school. It was lunchtime, thankfully everybody was busy with their own food, minding their own business so Yeri could admire him all she wanted.
"Take a picture it will last longer, Yerm," Saeron sighed, Suhyun chuckling at how Yeri quickly looked away when she was caught. "What are you saying. What picture." She mumbled and poked into her food, still untouched.
Saeron rolled her eyes, "Seriously, how long are you planning to just admire him from afar. Go and talk to him. It's not like he is going to kill you." Suhyun nodded at what Saeron just said, "Yeah, didn't you once mention that his dad works at your dad's company? I thought you are close since you must see each other pretty often."
Yeri shook her head, taking a sip of her juice. "He is always silent and even if we talk it's just a short hello and how are you. He doesn't even see me as a girl. I am forever stuck in that little sister-like relationship. Our relationship has been cursed from the beginning," Yeri whined, pouting.
The bell went off, telling the students to make their way to their classrooms. The canteen quickly was empty as every student wanted to be in class on time. But Yeri stayed behind. Saeron and Suhyun tried to drag her along but Yeri couldn't be bothered. She was suddenly feeling a mixture of sadness and madness. Grabbing her tray, she put it back in place and wandered around the empty halls of the school. If any teacher would catch her, she would be in trouble but she didn't care and just walked around until she reached the floor with the trophies their school won over the years.
Her eyes quickly searched for the basketball team's group picture from this year's tournament. And once she found it, it didn't take her long to find that familiar face of her crush. She blushed looking at his sweaty body. The jersey showed off his arm muscles, his hair sticking to his sweaty forehead. But he still managed to look like a Greek god.
Yeri sighed, pouting as she leaned against the wall, admiring her crush on the picture. "Why won't you notice me, I am ready to give you all the love you need." Her hand lightly touched the glass of the big photo frame. She read the names of the players listed on the bottom and stopped at his name. Oh Sehun. Her heart fluttered at the name and she pushed herself off of the wall, deciding to go home and ditch the rest of the lessons.
