Weekend. Finally!
I wake up yet again in Max's strong arms which are wrapped around me. Yeah. It seems like nothing new to me anymore.
His body heat warmed me up the whole night, I used his arm as my pillow, his face was at my back level-I could feel his light breathing onto my back and neck, his finger tips were at the edge of my shirt-almost as if he was controlling it to not go up and my hair were let out and put onto my side.
Max moves lightly and looks up at me "You awake?"
I hum in response while stretching "Morning"
"Morning" He laughs as he stand up and helps me up "Come" He drags me to the bathroom and redoes my bandage.
"Thanks Max" I move my hand when he's finished.
"Welcome"
I smile while tying my hair back up.
We go downstairs, half of boys have woken up and the other half is still sweetly sleeping. Dad is again making breakfast so without thinking twice I wake everyone up and soon after we all sit and eat together.
Boys unfortunately ended up going home, Oliver-has to take care of his sister and help her with her subjects and grades as she's falling behind and their parents have a day out. Natan has a shift in the library (he helps there a lot and he applied to work not that long ago). Leonard and Dylan have to help their parents as they have an important meeting today. Derek has to go back home and at least try to talk to his mother and sort some things out with her, also control if she's drinking again. Jackson needs to work onto his passes so he will stop by college to see coach for a while. And finally Ryan and Jacob both said that they won't disturb us so they'll head home for now and maybe come out later on.
So it was technically only me and Max left.
"Well..." I start "Wanna go and play soccer?"
"Sure thing" He winks and gets up from the couch.
We head to the park-the same park in which we met each other. Pretty funny story.
"Memories" Max inhales the oxygen while smiling.
"I know right" I nod while laughing.
I kick the ball and we play and play, for hours-I'm pretty sure it has already been around 3 hours. If not more actually.
Max passes the ball to me and I kick it.
"Goal!" My hands up in the air while the sweat drips down my forehead.
"Straight inside the net!" Max adds proudly while breathing heavily "And by the way as we are at it-you always do that?" He nods towards the ball, hands on his knees trying to support himself.
"Yeah, it's like a weekend routine" I take the water bottle and gulp it down while also splashing some of it on my face.
Max in a quick move takes it away from me and opens the bottle.
"Oh no! Are you going to do what I think you're gonna do?" Hands up in defence.
"And what do you think I'm going to do?" Bottle rising up in the air.
"If you're doing what I think you're about to do-you are a dead meat!"
"Am I really?"
"Stop answering my questions with your questions!"
His smile grows as he comes closer to me.
"Maximilian! I swear to God. Don't. You. Dare!"
"Oh, I dare and I will" He splashes the water on me right away.
