They say that college changes people as it is the next chapter in their life, is this really true? It feels like nothing has changed. Since finishing high school you would think that you will never see certain people again, may be true, however you somehow will manage to cross your paths with someone you know, whenever that is on the street or shop, you may end up in the same college even and some of that hatred/love stays.
In my case is all my mates, boys and I went to the same hight school and ended up in the same college which is amazing, however there are also certain individuals that I wasn't a fan of and I still don't really get along with and we ended up in the exact same college. What a surprise.
And with that thought here we are.
It's the next morning and I must say that I'm not really a morning person. I would love to be one, however mornings are just not for me, especially since we have college today.
I groan at the sound of my alarm which is just keep on going on repeat.
"Somebody turn that shit off" Groans Oliver.
"I'm trying" Answers Dylan.
"Try harder" Adds Leandro.
Derek lets out a little laugh while still keeping his eyes closed.
I drag myself up from my sleeping position and grab my phone from the coffee table while hitting the stop button so the alarm can stop ringing.
Everyone groans loudly at the same time.
Today is Friday, but that still doesn't change the fact that we all have to get up and get ready. College starts at 10am today so it's not too bad, could be earlier.
I run a hand through my eyes while yawning and stretching.
I scan the whole room-the screen was turned off, but snack were still on the table, boys were scattered across the room either on the couch or chairs that are on the side. Jackson had half of the popcorn bag on his head.
I look up and see Oliver laughing already. He looks at me and laugh even louder.
"This is funny" He points at Jackson "But what happened to you?" He chuckles.
"It's too early for this, what do you mean?" I look at him confused.
"Go to the mirror" His laughter continues as apparently I have something to do with it.
"If you say so" I lazily get up from my sitting position and go to the bathroom as I have to get ready anyway.
I look in the mirror just to see the situation that I will have to deal with. Jackson wasn't the only one having popcorn in his hair, but my god, my hair is a mess-they look like a cocoon. Add to that I forgot to take off my mascara yesterday so when I was running my hand through my eyes the mascara smeared all over.
'Great! What a lovely start to the day' I roll my eyes at myself.
"Boys get ready!" I shout for them to hear and in response I hear groaning "Today" I add.
I go upstairs to my room for a quick morning routine and to fix myself. I open the door to my room and move quickly, of course without looking on the floor and because of that 1 stupid mistake I nearly trip because of all the bags that were there.
"God" I mutter under my breath while pushing the bags to one side of the room.
My and Jake's rooms are the same in size and they are quiet large which I love. I get to keep all my stuff here and always manage to find space.
