Ryuuga stood in front of the massive gates leading to the high school he would attend for the next three years. Three months ago, he was offered the chance to travel the world, to make his dream come true. But there was a catch. He had to attend high school and play a card game named Vanguard. This was his moment and he was a nervous wreck. His heartbeat was fast but his breathing was slow. His expression changed to a confident smile. 'This is my moment! Once I go through this gates, I will be closer to my drem! And nothing will stop it!' He thought. But it all quickly fell apart once he felt a hand touching his right shoulder. Slowly, he turned his shaking head to the hand and then to the left. He was face to face with a black haired boy of his age. The boy had a giant smile in his face.
"You're a nervous wreck, aren't you?" The boy asked with the same smile.
"A-a-a-a... GAH!!" Ryuuga screamed in fear and quickly hid himself behind the nearest trash can. His nervous reaction caused him to become the target of the eyes of the students passing through the games of the schools.
"Yeah, I can already see how this will end up." The boy said to himself and walked towards the trash can. "It's ok to be nervous, new people, new school and new stuff. But you'll eventually adapt to it." He extended his hand to Ryuuga. "I'm Hikaru Hata and I'm new to this school too. What's your name?"
"R-r-ryuuga... Sawada.. Ryuuga Sawada..."
"Come on, Ryuuga." The boy said. "Let's go."

"Get up!" Finally, Hikaru was able to pull the boy from the floor. "Let's go." He started pushing Ryuuga into the school. "Think about bunnies. It helps alot, trust me."
"Right..."
"So tell me, what brings you to this school?"
"My boss wanted me to go to a high school so I just chose the one that was closest to where I live." Ryuuga replied before looking at Hikaru. "What brings you here?"
"My feet. I walk from my sweet home to here."
"........" Ryuuga's face changed to a rather cringeful reaction.
"I'm kidding, I actually get a ride from my old man." Hikaru blinked. "I'm the funny one and am just trying to lighten the mood, ok? Most good jokes are never funny."
"I think we aren't going to get along...."
"Oh trust me, we are. I can already tell it."
"You didn't had many friends on your last school, did you?"
