People muttered about their mixed emotions. Some understood why the woman did what she did and felt terrible for her as others were angry about the nuclear family image being broken into shards of glass, leaving a slim few in the middle. Lily quickly made her way to Eren and hugged him tightly, fearing it could be his last time seeing her if he gets death row. They shared a tender kiss and just stayed quiet, hoping their love would last a long time.
"Eren... When you are set freed, I'm walking out with you..." She told him with a smile and swelled up tears in her eyes. Eren smiled and rubbed his thumb against those tears.
"Once I'm freed, I'm going to take us to the nearest church and marrying you right then and there.." He added. Lily just hugged him close, never wanting another second to pass.
