Who'd You Rather?

You were an uprising YouTuber, gaining over 3 million subscribers within a year. You were gaining popularity for your hilarious videos, either about the events in your life, or your attempt to be a beauty guru (and failing miserably).

You were invited to be on Ellen DeGeneres's show, and you were super stoked. As you were called onto the stage, you walked over to Ellen and gave her a hug, and sat down in the seat across from her.

"Welcome to the show, Y/N!" Ellen gives you a huge grin, causing you to smile back.

"Thank you for having me, Ellen! This is a dream come true. I have always wanted to be on this show!" you said, excitedly.

"After seeing how fast your YouTube channel has grown over the past year, I had to meet you. I love your videos, by the way."

This made your stomach become filled with butterflies. Ellen just said that she loved your videos! You kept your cool, and replied with, "I'm so glad that you enjoy them. I enjoy making them!"

The two of you spend a few minutes talking about your channel, your growth over the past year, and what is planned for the future of your channel.

After asking questions about your channel, it was about time for Ellen to ask you some personal questions.

"So, Y/N, are you seeing anyone?" Ellen asked, smirking.

You began to blush, and shook your head. "Nope, I'm a single pringle." After saying that, you were mentally slapping yourself on the head, cringing at what you just said.

"Do you have any celebrity crushes? Maybe other YouTubers that you're crushing on?"

You could feel your face burning up. You had mentioned on your channel about your massive crush on Joe Sugg, and you were sure that this is what Ellen was hinting at.

"No, I don't think so." you lied, burying your face in your hands.

"Well, that's not what I heard. But we are going to play a game, and see if we can find out who that crush of yours is." You could feel the smirk plastered on Ellen's face.

"This game is called Who'd You Rather," she continued, "But this is the YouTuber version. So all of the people we put up on the screen are all people who are considered YouTubers. You up for it, Y/N?"

"Do I have a choice?" you joked.

"Nope! Let's begin!" Ellen responded, causing you and the audience to laugh.

"Okay, first two people to choose from are: Jack Maynard and Conor Maynard." One picture of Jack and one picture of Conor appeared on the screen behind you.

"Oh, I have to choose between brothers." you started, "I guess I will choose Jack."

The picture of Conor is replaced with a picture of Caspar Lee.

Ellen then says, "Okay, so now you have to choose between Jack and Caspar Lee."

"Caspar, definitely." You responded.

The picture of Jack is replaced with a picture of Joe. You felt your face become red, and you knew that this was Ellen's plan all along. You knew that you had to choose Joe over everyone. Your thoughts were interrupted by Ellen smirking at you, saying "So, now you have to choose between Joe Sugg and Caspar Lee. I wonder who you're going to choose."

You let out a huge sigh, and whispered, "Joe."

"What was that, Y/N? I didn't hear you!"

"Joe." You tried so hard to not look as flustered as you felt, but you failed.

There were a few other people who were going up against Joe, but each time, you chose Joe. How could you not? He was your ultimate crush.

At the end of the game, the picture of Joe was centered on the screen, and Ellen said, "Looks like Y/N would rather choose Joe Sugg over everyone. So I am assuming that he is your YouTuber crush, am I correct?"

You nodded your head, and placed your head in your hands to hide from the embarrassment.

"Well, I actually have a surprise for you, Y/N. I knew that you would choose Joe because I have watched your videos. I pulled some strings, and I have a video to show you." Ellen caught your attention when she said this. You lifted your head, and looked toward the screen behind you.

"Hello, Y/N!" Oh my God. It's Joe Sugg on the screen. This must be a dream.

"Ellen said that you were an up and coming YouTuber, and introduced me to your videos."

You sat in your seat with your hand over your mouth, not believing what was happening. Joe Sugg had sent you a video message!

"I must say, I have really enjoyed watching all of your videos. And I must admit, you have a great sense of humor. Which I love in a girl. Ellen also told me that you happened to have a little crush on me."

Oh no. As if I wasn't embarrassed enough.

"I actually think that you're a very pretty girl, and I love your sense of humor. I may happen to have a crush on you, too. *winks* So, Ellen has set up a date for the both of us to meet, and go on an actual date. I can't wait to meet you, and I hope you're not too embarrassed. See you soon!"

You watch Joe wave to the camera as the video ends. You look at Ellen, still in shock of what you just watched.

"So, Y/N, what do you say to a date with your YouTube crush?" Ellen asks.

"One thousand times yes!" you exclaim, spending the rest of the show thinking about the day you get to meet Joe, and see what the date results in.
