You and your boyfriend, Joe, had been very busy lately. He has been busy with balancing his YouTube channel and performing on Strictly Come Dancing, and you have been busy with school and your part-time job. The only time you really get to see each other and talk is when you both are heading to bed at night.

You have both become a bit distant, and it worried you. You were worried that Joe would lose his feelings for you, and leave.

All of these thoughts vanished one Saturday afternoon, when you came home from your job.

You entered your flat that you shared with Joe, to see a note on the door as you shut it. You took the note off the door, and it read, "Hey beautiful. I know things have been hectic for us both recently, and I know you've been working very hard. I want to treat you to a special night, just the two of us. I have laid out your outfit for the evening on the bed upstairs. Meet me at the coffee shop where we first met at about 7. I love you, and I will see you soon. xx Joe"

Your heart fluttered at the letter. You raced upstairs to find the outfit that he has picked out for you lying on the bed. (It can be whatever outfit you want!)

You quickly threw on the outfit, touched up your hair and makeup, and headed out to meet your sweet boyfriend. You arrived at the coffee shop a little after 7, and saw Joe waiting outside for you.

As you approached him, he turned and gave you a cheeky grin. "There's my girl." he said, as he pulled you into a tight hug, and kissed your forehead. He took hold of your hand and led you into the coffee shop.

You both sat at a table next to the window, with the view of ongoing passerby's. You both ordered your drinks, and talked to catch up until the drinks arrived.

After about a half hour or so, you caught Joe staring at you as you were telling a story about something that happened at work recently. "Joe?" you asked, giggling, "What are you staring at?"

Joe chuckled and replied, "Sorry. I was just admiring your beauty." You rolled you eyes in response, laughing as well. Joe then said, "I mean it, Y/N. You're the most beautiful girl in the world. I don't know how I got so lucky."

"So, you still love me?" you asked, hopeful but anxious.

"Of course I still love you. Why would you ask?" Joe asked, confusion etched on his face.

"I don't know. I guess I got nervous since we haven't spent much time together recently, and it seemed that you were losing interest in me." you admitted.

You hung your head in shame, realizing how stupid you sounded. You felt a hand lift up your chin, and your eyes met Joe's.

"Babe, I know we've both been extremely busy lately. And I'm sorry that I have been a bit distant. Work has been hectic, and the show has taken up most of my day. But just know, that no matter how much, or how little, we spend time together, I will always love you. I can't imagine my life without you. You're the best thing to ever happen to me. I love you, so much."

"I love you too, Joe." You leaned over the table to place a soft kiss onto Joe's lips.

When you both pulled away, you both grinned at each other, taking in the time that you have together.

"Maybe we should have date night more often." you suggested.

"Sounds like a plan to me." Joe replied, smiling widely.
