F U T U R E

~3 years into the future

I walk into the party with James in one hand and Elijah in the other. I couldn't be happier to have such a great man by my side.

"Lily!" Luna screams and hugs me.

"Luna this place looks amazing" I tell her.

"Thanks, my mother in law helped me" she says.

"Where's the birthday girl?" I ask Luna.

"Inside playing with the other kids" she says pointing inside.

"Ace! My man" Enzo comes towards us screaming. I hear James chuckle and smile at him. When he gets to us he hugs James and then me. He puts his arm around his pregnant wife and I smile at them.

"You guys have no idea how happy it makes me to see the both of you together and happy" I tell them.

"It's all thanks to you, you always talked to me about what a great women she is" he says and kisses his wife.

"Let's go in, I want to see Makenzie" I tell James. She's already two years old but she's still a baby to me. I stare at her belly and smile. I see James noticed me starring.

"Please don't tell me you're going to get baby fever" James says sarcastically.

"Tell me you wouldn't want another one like this precious monkey" I say picking up Elijah and squishing his face.

"Momma stop it" Elijah giggles and I kiss him on the cheek. I put Elijah down and he runs off to the bounce house.

"I would love that but maybe not just right now" he says.

"Omg God I almost forgot my brother's here" Luna says in excitement.

"You have a brother" my and James say in unison.

"Yeah his name is Josh he's a sweet heart" she says and leads the way. She stands behind a man I presume is her brother. He looks familiar. When he turns around I stare at him in shock because it's Josh. It's the same Josh that asked me to prom. The same Josh James hates.

"Lily!" He says and hugs me. I hug him back not trying to be rude.

"That's enough" James says with a furious voice and grabs me harshly.

"James stop" I whisper harshly. Josh is staring at both of us confused.

~8:30pm

Elijah fell asleep in his chair so James has to carry him out. I open the door to make it easier to go in. I go to our room and take a shower. I go out to grab my PJs.

"What are you doing walking around naked?" James asks looking at me up and down.

"Nothing you haven't seen before" I joke around. He smiles and grabs me by the waist.

"How did I get so lucky to have you in my life. You stayed with me when I thought you wouldn't. You gave me things I never thought I would have. You change my whole life. You kept your word, remember when you told me that this time would be different" he says and I smile.

"You changed my life too James. You have given me so much happiness. You were there when I needed you the most. You were there even when you weren't, because just your memory gave me strength. You don't understand how happy you have made me" I tell him.

"I will never understand what I did to deserve you but I'm glad that you're mine and always will be mine. You'll never get rid of me baby girl" he says and I laugh.

He grabs me and kisses me. He takes the towel away and looks at me with desire. He slips his fingers inside of me and I melt in his touch. I moan and push my self on him. He stumbles on to the bed and turns us around. He takes his clothes off slowly teasing me and I jump on him. I grab his shirt and bite my lip. When all of his clothes are off his body. He pushes me down. He enters me and begins to pick the speed up.

I get out of bed and put some clothes on. I walk out of the room and go into Elijah's room.

"Momma" he cries rushing to and hugging me.

"What's wrong buddy?" I ask holding him tight.

"I'm scared" he says with a quivering lip.

"Scared of what baby?" I ask.

"I don't know" he says and I carry him.

"Do you want to go eat ice cream for breakfast" I ask and he nods. We walk downstairs and just as we get to the bottom I see Alex. "Alex! Where have you been you big dummy?" I ask him while pushing Elijah up to have a better grip on him.

"Ive been in Greece. I missed you so much" he says opening his arms and I hug him.

"You don't know how much I have missed you. You completely disappeared on me" I say.

"I know, I know I'm so sorry. Is this Elijah?" he says and there's a knock at the door. He opens it and some tall handsome guy comes in.

"Lily, this is Taylor my boyfriend" he says pointing to the handsome guy.

"I'm lily nice to met you Taylor" I say setting Elijah down.

"Momma. please listen" Elijah says.

"I'm so sorry buddy we'll get you some ice cream right now. You guys want some?" I offer.

"For breakfast?" Taylor asks and I nod. Alex nods and starts walking to the kitchen. Taylor looks surprised but follows us into the kitchen.

When everyone has there ice cream I set Elijah down in his chair.

"How's my brother been?" Alex asks while taking a bite of his ice cream.

"Good. He's just been really busy with everything but nothing new" I tell him.

"That's good I guess... What about you?" He asks.

"Well I just finished school and I'm looking for a job so I'm very happy" I tell him with a big smile.

"Mommy! Where's olly?" Elijah screams and I look at him. Olly's his pet monkey James gave him two days after he was born.

"I don't know baby. Sleeping maybe" I tell him and he starts fidgeting with his seat.

"I see you have your hands full with the little one" Alex says looking at Elijah funny.

"Yeah, but he's the sweetest and cutest. You have no idea how happy he makes me with his cuteness" I tell him.

"I hope you're talking about me" James says coming from behind and hugging me.

"Nope" I say looking back and kissing him.

"Daddy!" Elijah screams and we all turn to look at him.

"What buddy?" James asks our dramatic little man.

"Get me out of here! Please?" Elijah says while scrambling in his seat and we all laugh.
