Victor and yuuri live in a world where everyone is born with a silver ring on their wedding finger, this ring holds a thin silver like thread that connects their souls to their soul mate. Every ring is different (much like the person) and they bare marks that express the individuals personality. Once someone turns 16 for one week every month since their birthday, their ring would change to match their soul mates and visa versa, every month a new clue would appear on the inside of the ring, helping them to find their other half. When and if they do manage to find them the 'silver string' turns gold, making a thin line of gold appear on their ring and the two will both bare the same marks.
