Grayson's POV
So Y/N gave me the job of watching over our 4 month old daughter Rose and I'm not gonna lie when I say I'm very nervous because this is my first time being alone with her without Y/N around. Rose is our first child so I'm still learning a lot about childcare. As I was making Rose a bottle, I heard her crying upstairs in her crib. I ran upstairs and saw her in her pjs reaching out for me to pick her up. "Hey Pretty girl, did you have a good nap. You're gonna be spending the day with daddy today", I said as I gave her a kiss on the cheek. I took her downstairs and gently sat her on her play mat while I went to get her bottle. As I walked back over to Rose, I tripped on one of her toys and fell while the bottle went flying and spilled all over Rose as she started crying hysterically. "No, Rose please don't cry. Daddy didn't mean to do that. Omg fuck I'm an awful father. I need Y/N here now", I said as I ran Rose upstairs to give her a bath.
Y/N's POV
I was at the mall in Urban outfitters looking for some cute home decor when I suddenly got a call from Grayson. "Hello?" "Y/N, I NEED YOU HERE RIGHT NOW. IT ISNT ROSE. ITS ME. I'M A HORRIBLE FATHER". I quickly paid for my stuff and walked out of the mall. "Grayson, I need you to calm down ok?? I'm sure its not as bad as you're making it sound. I'm on my way baby". I hung up the phone and jumped in my jeep. I was kinda worried about Grayson. He gets anxiety when something goes wrong and I'm usually there to sooth him so I hope he's okay. I pull into the driveway and open the front door to see Grayson with his head in his hands crying softly and Rose chewing on her teething ring as her eyes lit up when she saw me. "Hi Rosie, How's my baby", I said in a baby voice while I picked her up. "Grayson, are you okay baby??". "No, I was gonna give Rose her bottle and I tripped on one of her toys and it spilled all over her and I feel bad because I wanted to do a good job and I'm so so sor- you cut him off by kissing him on the lips. "Grayson, you did a great job and you are not a horrible father. You are far from that. You care so much about me and Rose, I couldn't ask for a better husband and father". "Thanks Y/N I really needed that. I love you Babygirl and you too Rosie", he said as he kissed me and Rose.
