Ethan's POV
I couldn't believe it. Me and Y/N were at the froyo shop just hanging out then all of a sudden, some guy walks in the place and Y/N starts freaking out and ran up to him and gave him a hug. She started talking to him and left me sitting at the table. I walked out to my jeep with my fist and jaw clenched. 30 minutes later, I saw Y/n walk out of the froyo shop and get in the car.
Y/N's POV
I can't believe I was talking to Jake for so long. Jake was my first friend when I moved out to California. He was still in the closet at the time but I helped him come out to the world. As I got in Ethan's jeep, I noticed that his jaw was clenched and he only does that when he's mad or something's wrong. "Ethan, what's wrong baby?", I ask him as I rub his arm. "Nothing, now let's just go home". I decided to just wait until we got home to ask him any more questions. The rest of the car ride was silent and I could feel tension between me and E.
*At You and Ethan's House
"Okay, Ethan seriously what's wrong??. I'm really getting worried", I said. "Y/N, YOU WERE LITERALLY FLIRTING WITH THAT GUY RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AND YOU DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE THEN SO WHY DO YOU CARE NOW??", he yelled as he sat aggressively on the couch. "Ethan, I've told you a million times that Jake is gay. Stop being so fucking overprotective over me like I'm a little kid or something". "No, I won't because I don't want other guys going after what's mine". "Ethan, why are you so worried about it?", I said. "IT'S BECAUSE I LOVE YOU", he yelled as his eyes went wide. Me and Ethan have been together for about two months but have never said I love you to each other in person. "You love me Ethan??", I said in shock as I got teary eyed. "Yes, Y/N I love you so much and I don't know but when i saw you with Jake, i snapped and I'm sorry Ba-", I cut him off as I gave him a kiss. "I love you too E and I forgive you".
