"Was it fun?" Yuri asked.

"Hm? Oh, yeah it was lots of fun. Especially when it's been such a long time since disbanding the Literature Club." Monika replied.

"I missed the old days too. Sometimes I would wish for everything to be what it used to be." Yuri chuckled. "Oh my, I sound like Sayori."

Monika doesn't know how to respond to that so she stayed quiet. Natsuki had already head home, and as for Yuri she walked home with Monika since their homes are in the same direction. The odd part about that party was that the protagonist wasn't invited.

"Say, do you remember that day when you introduced Yasuki to the club?" Yuri wondered.

Just mentioning that to Monika she could bring up two scenario from her memories. After all she could remember when Yasuki was vice president and when his other self rewrite the script, making him just another new member. She carefully sort those two memories before she confused Yuri.

"Y-yes! I do remember that day. Well, what about that day?" Monika asked.

Yuri stops at the front of a bakery shop. "You see, ever since that day I've been having these feelings for Yasuki."

"You like him?"

She nod as a response. "But something tells me Natsuki have liked him too. Who knows what they've been doing these four years, living together like that. Then again she wouldn't have anywhere to go since her father fled to another country. Nobody knows where he went specifically."

"I think that it's a good thing." Monika said that but she couldn't prevent herself from saying so even though she envy her. "Yasuki solved her problem, didn't he? Natsuki doesn't have to experience domestic abuse anymore, at least not from her own father."

"Do you really believe that?" Yuri began walking again and Monika follows. "I hate to ruin things but I believe you missed out on something while you're studying in Tokyo."

"And what's that?"

Yuri's violet eyes meets Monika's green emerald eyes. She closed her eyes and takes a deep breath, releasing it she frown.

"I think Yasuki was planning to rape her."

"There's no way. He's not that type of person, right?" She didn't want to believe such nonsense, though Yuri sounds awfully serious.

"I do question the same thing too. However, don't trust Yasuki so much. Natsuki and I are planning to move in to an apartment together so I can protect her from him. But if you still don't believe me then you can go ask Sayori. She did witness the despair in Natsuki's cries."

"Alright, I believe you." Said Monika.

"Anyway, did Yasuki stop by at your apartment this morning? Natsuki told me he wasn't home when she woke up to find him." Yuri questioned.

"Yeah, he did stopped by." Monika's eyes drifted to Yuri's eyes. "Wait, how did you know he stopped by at my apartment room?"

Yuri chuckled. "Of course I'm only assuming. Don't over think things so much like that."

"Oh." There were definitely something strange about Yuri. Examining thoroughly was necessary for Monika before she could accuse any sign of a fraud.

"Do you believe that doppelgangers exist?" Yuri suddenly questioned something completely off topic.

"I do believe in them." Monika stopped walking. "Why did you ask?"

"Oh no reason." Yuri halted right after her, then she turns around to her with a malevolent yet polite grin. "I just got curious after researching something that I've been reading recently. My research is still in progress, so I need to collect more data before I officially publish my work."

"Is this for your story?" Monika beamed at her.

"I guess you could put it that way." The night wind breezes by them, gently playing with their hair. Yuri began playing with her hair like she does in the past, but her expression was completely different from those other times. She seemed engrossed in the thought of that topic. "I did my homework you see. There are two Monika in this game, knowing that the you right now is neither the original or a copy. Both of your individual emotions have somehow emerged which created a complicated relationship between reality and imagination."

"What are you talking about?" Monika took a step background. "You're not Yuri. You're..."

Yuri's dull eyes gazes down at the ground. "Yes, I'm the other Yasuki." Then she stretched trying to endure the back pain.

"Why are you in my friend's body? Are you just using her?"

"Oh, no. You got it all wrong. You see, Yuri gave me permission to do this. Besides, she's not harmed. I am not that evil. I just need to make an appearance without freaking people out every time. Though, this is just between you and me." He winked but using Yuri's face. "Besides, Yasuki wouldn't let me use that body he calls his in which it isn't his. It's mine to begin with, however God didn't like the script that he created for me so he created a 'better' one, hence the Yasuki that you love. Though I do agree he is better, but it just isn't fair!"

"Then why don't you just talk it out with Yasuki? I'm sure it wouldn't be bad if you two share--"

"--Shut the fuck up!" He took out a knife from Yuri's pocket and points it at Monika. "You're in no position to tell me what to do! Do you even know what it's like to be a mistake? I was God's mistake and instead of disposing me he download me along with Yasuki! I just want to get out... I want to get out of this place you call a game!"

"I understand how you feel." Monika tried to sympathize with him as she slowly walks closer. "Withdraw your knife and we can talk about it. I feel that you need it."

He slightly tilt the knife to a different direction, showing a sign of despair. "I remember the first time you looked at me. I fell in love with your beautiful eyes, Monika. And then he took over my place, you fell in love with the other me. The one who took credit for himself, he excluded me so I felt lonely. I became stress after watching you for so long. Feeling lost I find myself doing everything so you would notice my presence. Yet you continued to think that that wasn't Yasuki but his subconsciousness."

Monika grab his hand that held the knife as she stood there gazing at Yuri's eyes. "There is no need for you to do that anymore. I'll help both you and your other self. I don't know how I emerged with my other self but if I can do that then you two can do that too!"

Mentioning that he drops the knife, Monika noticed tears flowing down Yuri's cheek.

"Did I say something offensive?" She worried.

He shook Yuri's head. "No, I'm not programmed to cry at all nor is Yuri, I even checked her character file before possessing it."

"Then it's Yasuki." Monika grabs Yuri's arms. "Do you know where he is right now?! Please, I need to know!"

The fragile look in her eyes made him feel awful if he didn't help her. "He's... At his house."

"Don't do anything fishy, alright?! We're going to continue the conversation tomorrow!" Saying that she took off to the opposite direction.

He stood in the middle of the streets listening to Yuri's racing heart. "Maybe it is me that's crying."
