Stevie couldn't have planned for that moment with Lindsey to be any more perfect. She was his wife. After all these years she couldn't believe that the sight of him could still stop her heart. As he took her hand to lead her into the reception she closed her eyes trying to just imprint the feeling into her mind. "Open your eyes Mrs. Buckingham. I don't want you to miss a moment." he said softly before pulling her into his arms. "I love you so much Lindsey." she said quietly. "I wouldn't miss a second. I was just trying to wrap my head around this feeling." He smiled at her and they walked to meet their family and friends. It was evident to everyone there that Stevie and Lindsey were still hopelessly in love with each other and blissfully happy in this moment. The atmosphere in the room was overwhelmingly filled with love. So many of their friends and family were there, people who had been through all of it with them. Stevie's infectious laugh could be heard over all the noise as she caught up with friends and played with she and Lindsey's children. The whole band had come. even Christine and Stevie was so happy to see her. "Oh Chris, you came! Thank you so much! I've missed you!" she exclaimed. "Stevie, you know I wouldn't have missed this for anything. It's great to be here, darling you're just glowing with happiness. I'm so glad you guys finally got your shit together!" she laughed. "Besides I have been just dying to meet those gorgeous girls of yours. I don't think I'm going to let them out of my sight. You know, Mick and John had told me about them, but I didn't believe it until I saw them. Sara could be your twin! Scarlett as well, but those blue eyes scream Lindsey. God you two made gorgeous children!" she gushed. "Chris, thank you. I swear I never knew what I was missing until they were here. They are my whole life." She said simply before hugging Christine. She turned when she felt a tug at her dress. "Will, sweetheart, you look so handsome! I'm so happy you found me!" she exclaimed. "Stevie, you look pretty. I missed you. Will you dance with me?" he asked. Stevie was so touched. She loved this little boy so much and it meant the world to her that he seemed to feel the same way about her. Even though no one was dancing, Stevie took him into her arms and twirled him across the dance floor.

Lindsey sat with Stevie's father while they watched her dance with Will. Lindsey was in awe of her. He just couldn't take his eyes off this woman who was gorgeous but not only that, she had the biggest heart. And she was his. Jess interrupted Lindsey's thoughts. "Did you do the music for the dances?" he asked. "Yes, I did, they're all a surprise for Stevie. I hope she's happy with all of it." Lindsey replied. "What have you chosen for the father daughter dance?" Jess asked. Lindsey smiled, knowing what Jess was getting at. "I've got the three guitarists to play Landslide. I know it's your favorite." "Who is singing?" Jess asked. "Well, no one. I had just planned on it being the band. I guess I could get someone to if you want me to, maybe Chris?" he suggested. Jess shook his head, "No, I want to hear Stevie sing those words. That is our song. I want to dance with my daughter while I hear the song she wrote for me." Lindsey smiled, Jess had always thought Stevie wrote that song for him. She'd actually written it for Lindsey, but neither of them had the heart to tell him that. "Ok Jess, that's what we'll do." Lindsey went and changed the plan while Jess walked to the dance floor and led Stevie out. The music started and Stevie looked up at him. "Daddy? Did you do this?"she asked quietly as they danced slowly to her song. "No, Lindsey had planned it, but just with the guitarists, no lyrics. I wanted to heart the lyrics, but more importantly I wanted to hear you sing them. No one compares to you angel. This is our moment, our song." he said emphatically. "Oh Daddy!" she cried before laying her head on his shoulder letting him twirl her around the floor. This moment meant so much to her.

As Stevie's voice faded out, Lindsey approached Stevie and her father and took her hand. Maybe it was a little cheezy, but he had chosen the songs they had written for each other for their special moments. They were the only things that accurately described their love, because they had written them. As he took Stevie into his arms the guitarist began to play one of the most beautiful love songs either one of them had ever written. Crystal. Stevie had written Crystal fairly early in their relationship about when they had embraced the love they had felt for each other. Tears fell down her face as she remembered that moment and looked up at him eyes full of tears. "I turned around, and the water was closing all around..." she sang the love song that she had written for him 30 years ago, feeling much more in love with him now than she had then. Lindsey leaned down to kiss her and she knew that their life was perfect now.

Their honeymoon passed by so fast and Stevie and Lindsey had to go back to the real world. They were having such a good time and knew they acted like they were much younger than they were, but they were newlyweds and they had never been happier. They were thrilled to see Sara and Scarlett when they got home and the two little girls had sure missed their mommy and daddy. They unpacked their things and decided to go pick up Will and Leelee and take the kids all to do something. Will and Leelee were thrilled to see their daddy and Stevie and their sisters. The car was full of baby gibberish and giggling and sometimes a little crying, but Stevie and Lindsey didn't mind it. This was their life and they loved it. They took the kids to the zoo, it was their favorite place, and enjoyed the time they spent together. They would be going on a huge world tour and there wouldn't be much of this for awhile and they wanted to soak every bit of it up. This was their family. Maybe not conventional, but Stevie and Lindsey loved each other more than anything and they had these 4 beautiful children to share in their lives. It was their perfect.

Stevie was having preshow jitters again, but mainly this time because Lindsey wanted to introduce her and the girls tonight. She was anxious about it. No she didn't care if people didn't like that she and Lindsey were married, though she doubted that their fans would be unhappy. Maybe just putting her life out there in the open was the culprit or maybe even the the change of routine. She wasn't sure but she hated the feeling. "Baby, it's going to be ok. We're just doing this on our terms. It's fine it will only be for a moment. I'll say whatever I feel and then I'll you out. Trust me." She nodded her head and let him lead her and the twins to side of the stage. God the girls looked darling. She was holding Sara while Lindsey had Scarlett, but he put her down and Stevie held her hand as Lindsey walked on stage with Mick and John. The crowd went wild, but after a moment went silent. They heard a lone shout, "Where's Stevie?" someone in the crowd shouted. The crowd roared as if to second the question and Stevie smiled to herself, happy that they had missed her. Lindsey walked up to the mic. "Hi everybody! Are you all ready for a show?" he yelled. The crowd went wild. She heard the voice again. "Where's Stevie?" the man shouted. Lindsey laughed and tried to ignore him. "We're going to start out with a different song tonight, but first, I'd like to introduce to you my wife, the fabulous Stevie Nicks and our daughters, Sara and Scarlett!" he yelled excitedly. Stevie walked out with the girls and the crowd went wild. Lindsey came over and picked up Scarlett and grabbed Stevie's hand as they walked to the center of the stage. "Hey everyone! We're so excited to be here tonight and for you to be the first to meet our daughters!" She exclaimed. They stood there for a moment and from the look on Lindsey's face you could see he was so proud to display his family. She was proud, too. In this moment it was a clear display of how they had gotten everything they ever wanted. They were famous muscians, their music reaching millions, but they were also married and finally had children. They were complete.

Karen took the girls backstage as Stevie spoke into her mic, "We thought we'd bring out a song from our Buckingham Nicks album as it is very true for us now." Lindsey sang the first verse and she looked over at him. "And if you go forward, I'll meet you there. And if you climb up through the cold freezing air, look out below you, search out above, cry out to life for a frozen love." they sang together. As they sang together something they had worked on so long ago, their eyes met and for that time, they crowd was gone and it was just Stevie and Lindsey singing together. That was all they had ever wanted.
