The Decathlon team

I sighed as I looked at the teacher smiling at me,

"Creepy" I thought.

"I wanna join the decathlon team"
I said plainly, trying desperately to get away from the man.

"Oh! You wanna join the decathlon team, don't see that everyday"
the teacher says, still smiling,

I nod, "yeah, well I just want this on my record when I go to college".

The man held out a hand
"I'm Mr. Harrington, the Decathlon coach",

I just stared at him, ignoring his hand. "Michelle" I say.

I turned on my heels and went to class.

Four weeks of torture later:

I watched as Peter answered the question correctly.

What a goodie two shoes, it's always boring here.
No wonder kids wanna drop out of high school.

"Right. See, Flash, being the fastest isn't always the best if you are wrong" the teacher says.

Everyone laughs as I watched Flash mouth, You're dead.

I roll my eyes, going back to my notes, and thinking to myself,

Why couldn't another agent take on this assignment..

I watched as Peter was mixing something in his drawers.

It seemed to be a kind of sticky substance.

He's making spider webs in his science class, and nobody sees this? Really?

I watched as he closed it, and I resumed to my work.

Wondering if Loki and Alexis walked down that hall, right now.

No one would probably notice.

It was lunchtime now,
and as always I sat at the same table,
where Peter and Ned were sitting,
just a few seats away.

They were currently looking at Liz, the classic popular chick, minus the bitch part.

They were currently discussing her clothes, I rolled my eyes.

"We should probably stop starring before it gets creepy" Peter said,

I silently scoffed "Too late".

I looked up to see the two looking at me. I play it off cool though,
"you guys are losers" I said turning back to my book,
