MJ's POV

I looked at Peter, we were sitting in a nice dining room.

Hela and Yvonne talking on the couch, whilst Clint and Eliza sat at a counter,

"see, it's all blocked.." Clint says in frustration,
Eliza rolls her eyes.

"so that was interesting" I say, Peter smiling at me.

I held up my mug, taking a sip of my coffee.

"Yeah, best date ever... Hey, do think we'll ever be more then pecks on the lips...?" Peter asked,

I smiled at him, putting down my mug.

It's been a month now since that whole Mother Earth... Thing, into July we went.

There was reason we were all here, but that reason we weren't acknowledged with.

"Peter, c'mon man, you full on french kissed me. So, yes... We're more than that,"

Peter laughs, "Yeah, I don't know why I asked you that.. I-it was s- stupid."

I smirk at his stuttering, his cheeks grow more red with embarrassment,

I shake my head, taking a sip of my coffee.

By this time, Yvonne and Loki had joined us at the table,

"so what did Nick have to say? I don't have all day" Yvonne says, very annoyed.

"Yet, you had all morning?" Loki asks,

Yvonne nods her had, she then held up her middle finger "fuck you, asshole".

Loki was close to saying something, but just before he could, I was able to put in a warning.

"Loki, you might wanna chill...
She cancelled her breathing class for this" I explained.

This stopped Loki, he sat next to Peter, conjuring up a Pepsi.

We looked at him, but Loki just opened the bottle and drank half way down.

When setting it on the table, it was clear to us he wasn't paying attention.

I over exaggerated clearing my throat, earning Loki's attention, he noticed our gazes.

"What?" He asked.

"You ain't 'on share?" Eliza says, now standing between Peter and Loki.

We all leaned in, Loki just gives out chuckle, he crossed his arms firmly over his chest.

"What's the magic word?" He asked,

Peter was getting ready to say, but was cut off by,

"My foot in yo ass" Eliza says, looking to be in a ready position to shove her foot up someone's ass.

Loki blinked a few times, I guess questioning if he wanted to find out the equation to her words.

He simply waved his hands, a Pepsi can replaced my coffee,

I shrugged.

We all started to drink our Pepsi's, except Clint who was still at the counter.

"My computer still needs to be fixed" he calls out.

I smiled,

Seems so much better here...

"Well, hello there.."

We all turned around, Director Nick Fury who seemed to be in the shadow of the building.

We watched him walk out the shadow, into the sunlight.

Not that too far behind was Hela, or Liz...

"Wassup guys" she says,

we nod, "hey Liz" Peter says.

Liz smiles back, I furrow my brows at her.

"What did you call us here for?" Connie asked,

"Yeah" Loki added.

Nick looks to them, "I'm getting to it.."

We all looked at him with interest, clearly there was a stepping stone here.

"For the years, the Avengers have been a good source of helping Earth... But they can't save everyone...
They need help" he clarified.

"So..." Liz says in question, Nick looks to her, "so..."
He turns to look at his daughter, "there needs to be a backup.." Eliza says. Nick nods, "exactly, and guess who I want on it".
"Us, you want us?" I asked, Nick chuckles, "of course..
You're all learning the basics of the earth, or people, and or emotions... You all need each other".
We look to each other, Clint stood by Nick's side.
"I call it The Geniuses initiative" Nick says. We look to him, then Clint, "really, Barton?" I asked, he only shrugged.
"You all in?" Nick asked,
Eliza looked to me, I nodded.
Liz smiles, Yvonne nodded, Loki pulled out his famous smirk.
Peter smiling proud, Eliza looked to her father "count us in".
"When do we start... Boss?" Clint asks, Nick looks to us,
an unemotional face stained his face
"starting tomorrow..
Oh, and Peter.."
Peter sat straight up,
"Tell your friend Ned he's part of a bigger universe now" Nick says.
Peter nods, "yes, sir... Nick, sir"
Nick scoffs, walking out the room.
We all looked to each other,
"we should probably start training" Yvonne said in a groggy voice,
I smiled,

"so then let's get to it".
