JARED AND EMMA still see each other now and then around the set, but they only lower their heads and ignore each other. At least, that's what Emma does. Jared's tried to speak to her a few times but she kindly told him she wasn't ready to talk to him yet. He respects this and tries to avoid her. But it's so damn hard when she insists on coming around the set still. She has cut back on her time there to just once or twice a week, but it still makes Jared's heart ache to see her, even in those short moments. He wants to grab her and kiss her and tell her that he loves her and that he never felt anything for Gen.

It's true. He honestly just wanted to be friends with Genevieve and he had no idea she wanted something more. She seemed a little nervous about the first episode, so he offered to help her study for it, and then they ran into each other at the mall. Gen must have misread the situation and kissed him before he could get a chance to react.

Jared knows he shouldn't feel bad because he didn't really do anything wrong, but he does anyway. The love of his life was in tears about it so he must've been partly at fault.

"Jared?" A woman asks as Jared is sitting during a break on set. His jaw tightens when he realizes it's Gen who approached him. He gets up to walk away but she calls after him.

"We need to talk."

It's been a lousy two weeks since Jared and Emma broke up, and it's killing Jensen more than ether of them. He hates seeing his two best friends hurting. He just wishes they could all hang out together again and be happy.

He's been spending a lot of time at Emma's just hanging out, because he knows she likes the company. Even if he's just sitting over there watching TV. He lets her know that he's there for her for anything she needs and she smiles, knowing it's true.

But the only thing she needs is some time.

On this sunny Monday morning Emma comes out of her room dressed in her work clothes with her makeup on and her hair straightened. Jensen raises his eyebrows at seeing her looking so professional and ready to go in her sad time.

"Are you going to sit around here all day, because I'm leaving," Emma says as she pours a quick cup of coffee.

"Look at you, all ready to go," Jensen says, happy to see her actually wanting to go out of the apartment and back into the world.

"It's amazing Jensen, people break up all the time, somehow the world keep turning," Emma says, sipping her coffee and grabbing her little handbag. "I'll be back around five, will you be here?"

"We actually got to work late tonight," Jensen says as he's putting his shoes on. "Gotta wrap up that first episode, you know?"

"Oh, yeah, how's Misha doing?" Emma asks quickly, remembering the news of how Misha Collins got the part of the angel Castiel. It was a great day, Jensen and Jared each had to pay her fifteen bucks. Emma laughed in their faces and thanked Misha again.
