Scene 16 "You touched my family"

{Las Vegas, Nevada}

A misty hole opens in front of the Harris house, people jump back as Luke, Michael, Lia, and Samantha jump out of it. The hole closes. Luke leads everyone to the house and opens the door everyone enters, Luke gets stopped by Henry.

Luke Harris- "Hey, Henry how are you?"

Henry Jordans- "Not so good. Can we talk inside."

Luke Harris- "Sure, sure."

Luke and Henry walk inside. Luke tells Lia to go up to bed, Lia runs up the stairs and closes the bathroom door trailing a rainbow of energy behind her. Henry looks on in amazement.

Luke Harris- "I'll tell you later. So what did you need to talk about?"

Michael and Samantha walk closer with worry.

Henry Jordans- "So, do you remember Kevin Strong?"

Luke Harris- "Yeah I heard about what happened."

Henry Jordans- "So what are you going to do?"

Luke Harris- "I'm going to take care of it. (Walks to the door and opens it)"

Michael Harris- (stopping Luke) "What are you going to do to him?"

Luke Harris- "Something I should've done a long time ago."

Luke runs out of the house trailing green energy behind him, the door closes. Samantha looks at Michael, Michael tells her to follow him. Samantha runs after him.

Driving down the street, Kevin sits in the back of his SUV talking on his cell phone.

Kevin Strong- "No, I told you that I didn't screw you at blackjack. I just beat you fairly and gained a thousand dollars from you. (Muffled voice over the phone yelling) Well, I don't care that you have a family, that's not my problem. Maybe next time don't come to my casino..."

While Kevin talks on the phone he gets pulled out of the car by Luke, Kevin rolls on the groundbreaking his phone. He gets cuts all over his body and a broken nose on impact. He sits up with blood trailing down his face, he sees Luke and stands up.

Kevin Strong- "Well well, Luke Harris. I thought I told your wife that if I ever saw you again then I'd kill you. (Pulls a gun out from a holster on his ankle holster) So any last words?"

Luke stands there silent as Kevin pulls the trigger multiple time missing every shot as Luke moves out of the way.

Kevin Strong- "My my, you have a gift. With your speed and my brains, we can run the city and every casino in the country. (Places hand out for Luke to shake it) So, do we have a deal?"

Luke runs at Kevin and punches him in the jaw knocking him to the ground, Kevin groans in pain while Luke grabs his shirt and looks him in the eyes.

Luke Harris- "You ever touch or even think about hurting my family again, I will find you and I will kill you."

Luke lets go of Kevin's shirt and begins walking away only to stop and look back at Kevin.

Luke Harris- "I want you to make me a new suit."

Kevin Strong- (Sitting up) "Why would I ever do that for you after what you just did? Don't you know that my lawyers are going to hear about this?"

Luke Harris- "Because you have the money and the brains, and go ahead send your lawyers after me, they won't ever catch me."

Kevin Strong- "Fine. (Luke runs away disappearing from sight) Jackass."

Kevin lies down in pain as police and paramedics pulled up.

Luke's voice while he runs- "So that's my story of how I got my powers, now I'm just running home waiting for my reason to run again."

Luke runs down the street passing cars, trucks, and people leaving a green burst of energy behind him.
