Arthur Goes To the All you Can Eat Life or Death Meeting

FOR ALL YOU FGO PLAYERS!! The Special Summer event starts today!! So if you like Mordred on a surfboard, or Tamamo Fox in a Innertube, or Bonnie and Mary Read coming back, this time with the Bigger Sister taking the reigns.. then you guys get out there and enjoy the beach festivities!! 

By the way... I JUST ROLLED TAMAMO!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.. ha.. ha.. *wheezes, trying to wake self up, wondering if I'm dreaming... *

Once again, we found ourselves in the rec room, gearing up for a meeting.. the ping pong table as our meeting area, and the center of the table piled with the tempting beauty of potato chips, doritos, and the mini sandwiches leftover from one Mr. D's Pinochle Parties.

Mr. D wasn't present.. as according to Annabeth, he was busy with the other Olympians fighting the war going on against Kronos's forces.

Unlike our usual meetings regarding quests or big news, we had a bit more this time. A War Plan map of the camp, with many lines and squiggles marked around Zeus's Fist (poopy pile), and instead of just the Head Councilors  of each Cabin, which included me, we also had a few of our more War Experienced Servants present.. such as Ozymandis, aka the Pharoah  Ramses,  and Sir Bedivere. And then Tyson and Grover were also present at Annabeth's insistence, along with Mash and Mordred. 

Though Honestly Mordred would've been there anyways, since I always brought her to every meeting nowadays.

Quintus was also present along with Chiron at the head of the table in his wheelchair form. 

"Alright everyone." said Annabeth. "I will start this off.. I hope nobody disagrees.."

"Go on Annabeth.. you're the head authority on this one." said Clarisse.

Seriously. just SO weird to see Clarisse and Annabeth agreeing on things.

"I'm just going to cut to the chase, We have discovered a means by which Luke is going to invade camp.." said Annabeth. "we've been researching this possibility for months.. and.. we have discovered an entrance to the Ever Changing Noble Phantasm, Daedalus's Labyrinth.. in this very camp.."

There was plenty of muttering at this.

"Please.. help me understand.. I believe the Minotaur's Maze is in Greece yes?" I said. "I recall you and I actually visited there with Percy and Mother on holiday, and went inside.. it was just a bunch of ruins.."

"That Arturia, is a replica.. " said Chiron, meant to fool and be observed by Mortals.. the REAL Labyrinth spans almost the entire country of the United States.. having moved to the center of Western Civilization, and grown.."

"Daedalus was the most genius inventor of all time.. in all of history." said Annabeth. "Compared to Leonardo Da Vinci or even Merlin, he was top class in mage craft, alchemy, Architecture.. a Son of Athena who rivaled my mother herself in the craft of inventiveness. His Maze.. was one of his greatest works.. so as the maze lasted over the centuries, it grew inventive too.. adding to itself.. growing with the times.. taking pieces of history and civilization and creating more and more.. "

"Wait.. you speak of the Maze as if it's alive.." said Beckendorf.

"Indeed.. it's kind of.. creepy actually.." Mash said.

"Well.. it IS alive." said Annabeth.  "it's a Servant."

Everyone stared at Annabeth, stunned, everyone but Chiron and Quintus, who just looked solemn, as well as Atalanta and Clarisse who both obviously knew the theories themselves.
