Ever hear stories about Alcatraz? Ever hear about it being a place of woe? Hell on Earth? The Tartarus of Humanity? The place where they probably sent Anime Super Villains like All for One and Sosuke Aizen? Your imagination ever actually jump that high for a famous prison that is now a tourist attraction?

Punch yourself in the face then, cause this place was extremely boring.

I mean, sorry. I know that on the exterior, to most people, I appear calm, reserved, and practically soft spoken. But that's because as a King, I've learned to internalize most of my opinions and feelings.. and on this book, you get to see what the heck I'm actually thinking..

By the way.. all you people who have body pillows of me half naked or in the complete nude.. you're just creepy.. please.. stop. And Fate Grand Order developers, I'm talking to you Travis and Conner Stoll!!!!  why the HELL did you think Intuition was a good skill to have on my character? EVEN IN THE EARLY DEVELOPMENT STAGES OF THIS GAME!!

Saber be preachin' tonight bubs!!

So where was I? Oh yeah.. ALCATRAZ IS BORING. Practically nothing but a bunch of black and white photographs on the wall with a few recordings of people who are very old now reminiscing. I was expecting tales of Dragons guarding vaults, the dungeons filled with goblins.. maybe a few of the Pict Tribe still dwelling in the darkest corners.. but nope.. just another place that was completely void of magic thanks to steady decline of magic happening in the world of today..

Not to say there wasn't something Mythologically disturbing about this place in the Greek sense however..  because after following Tyson, we found ourselves looking at something horrible.

How horrible? Imagine a massive dragon, bout the size of a tank... wings, scales, everything. Now give her the top torso of a woman instead of a neck and head, like a Centaur.. only she looks horribly ugly, like she still has scales for skin.. claws for fingers.. a face like death with reptile eyes, hair like snakes, and a mouth full of needle sharp fangs. Then imagine her tail end being that of a vicious scorpion stinger. And at the point where her 'human' (and I use the term loosely in the most loose of ways) half and her dragon half meet, there are various monster heads, from lions, manticores, to even wolves and a few Japanese onis..  all bubbling around, morphing, changing..

However, appearance enough was NEVER enough to fully grasp the magnitude of how horrible this monster was. Just standing near her felt like I was in a fog of acid that slowly ate away at my mana.. looking at her, was like staring in the face of the Nightmare of Nightmares itself (no.. not Flowey The Flower..  yes, I did play Undertale.. it was interesting).

I stared with tremendous horror at the monstrosity from around the corner wall, Tyson right next to me.. and as I did.. I stared at the feeble Caliburn in my hand and felt like I was holding a mere toothpick now..  in my current Lily form.. I stood no chance against that.. not many servants did.. she was literally made to fight beings like us.. her aura practically drained magical beings of their mana the longer they stayed near her..

She spoke and when she did, it was an ancient rumbling language I did not recognize, but somehow I was able to understand it without my Servant abilities translating for me..

"You are being difficult.." said the monster as she paced back and forth in the hall of the prison, hissing venomously.  "It is simple.. fight for us.. and earn your freedom.. or don't fight, and forever here you shall wallow in torment and regret."

"I will not turn..." the sobbing voice said.

"When I return, you best consider your circumstances.. Briares.." said the monster before she spread her wings, and flew through a gap in the walls.. flying off over Alcatraz.
