After eating, Nick and Matt both quickly disappeared back up to their room. I went to follow but was pulled back by Joe who enclosed his arms around my waist. This must be my payback for not sitting with him for lunch.. He kissed the top of my he's and then trailed kisses down my neck. I sighs and leaned back into him. A couple minutes went by with him whispering cute thing into my ear and letting his one hand roam my features. He let his fingers linger on my cheek and then slowly brush through my hair.
"Joe I really need to get back up there.."
"O relax, they won't mind. Their in their own little world anyway and u did enough work today!"
"Joe, I'm serious, I have to finish what I was working on."
"Well you can go back in a minute babe."
I pretended to pout and crossed my arms.
"Lilyyyyy, you know you wanna stay here."
"No Joseph, I do not want to stay here. I would like to get back to work."
Joe let his guard down by shrugging his shoulders so I made my move. I jumped up and quickly ran for the steps. Everyone stared as Joe grabbed my ankle and I clung to the railing. He somehow managed to pull me back and sling me over his shoulder, and I was out of breathe. He sat back down and turned me in his lap so we were face to face. I layed my head down on his chest and groaned. He put his hand under my chin and pulled me back up for a kiss. Our foreheads rested against each other and his eyes pierced mine with their beauty again.
"I love you Lily."
"I love you too Joe."
"If I let you go will you promise that we have some alone time tonight?"
"Meaning??"
"Meaning you me and ice cream and movies, maybe hot tub too.."
"Hmmmm, fine but I want a back rub."
"Deal."
"Lily!!! Come up here we need your help!"- I heard Nick shout
"Told you I had to get back to work."- I said to Joe before getting up and walking upstairs.
