Izuku learned to avoid the topics family and heroes – it was to be expected – around Shigaraki. Considering that he was a villain. Well, Villain in training.
Kurogiri was like a mother to Izuku that he sometimes wished he had.
He was kind, cared about Izuku as if he were his own son.
What Izuku scared a little bit was that Kurogiri could just act on his fathers orders.
Izuku acted quirkless in school, even if he was frustrated that his father didn't allow him to tell anyone. He could understand it, but still. Sometimes he had the urge to just steal Bakugou's quirk.
But.. that wouldn't be a heroic thing to do. After a beat up from Bakugou after school, he went straight to the bar. He was surprised to see Jishin, Kouri and another villain named Beast, along with Shigaraki, Kurogiri and his father standing there, waiting for him. "Happy Birthday Izuku!" shouted everyone. Right, today was his birthday... He forgot.
"Thank you everyone," said Izuku smiling. He wouldn't say it out loud, but he liked villains more and more each day that passed. Maybe someday he would like villains more than heroes? He still wanted to be a hero though.
Kouri baked a birthday cake for him and Beast baked him cookies. Beast was mostly annoyed of everything, but had a big heart for Izuku. They understood each other well.
His father said that he would receive his birthday presents at home. Izuku could understand that, because, well, he mostly wanted hero stuff and that probably wasn't so good for his fathers reputation.
"Here," said Shigaraki, tried to smile again – he was getting better at it! – and gave Izuku a little box. What could be in there?
Izuku took the box out of Shigaraki's hands and opened it. In there were black fingerless gloves. He really wanted these because Jishin wore them and they looked so nice.
"I think they're a little bit too big at the moment... I couldn't find them in smaller," said Shigaraki apologetic.
"Thank you, Shigaraki," answered Izuku with a grateful smile on his own.
The boy looked shyly to the side and scratched his neck. "Tomura," said Shigaraki after a while.
"Huh?" asked Izuku perplexed and looked at Shigaraki.
"Call me Tomura," said the boy again and looked at Izuku.
Izuku smiled. "Thank you, Tomura"

They celebrated together and then at the evening, he and his father went home together.
"You're hiding your wounds, am I right?" asked his father, but didn't look at him.
Izuku made a choked noise. "H-How do you know?"
"Even if you put your jacket on, I can tell, something like father intuition," explained Hisashi and shook his head while laughing lightly. "Was it Katsuki again?"
"Y-Yes.." Izuku looked at the ground. "B-But it's alright! It isn't that bad! I can handle it! This is nothing, really! I–"
His father hugged him.

Izuku was lying on his bed and looked at the ceiling, the box with the gloves lying beside his bed on his nightstand.
His father said that they would do something exciting next weekend. And Izuku was really excited. It could mean that they had father-son time again!
