Izuku was in an alley. He didn't know where he was and he was alone. "Um, hello? Is someone there?" shouted Izuku desperately, hoping to get an answer. It was cold. So cold.
Next thing he knew was that he was being pinned to the wall by a man. The hands of the man formed into guns.
The guns were held at his head and heart.
Izuku began to panic, he was definitely going to die, no doubt about it, he was going to die and he could do nothing about it because he couldn't fight back, no quirk to fight back–
"Die!" screamed the man and fired his guns. Izuku screamed too, but in agony.
Izuku sat up and barely even registered the pain. He was panting heavily and sweating. He looked around. He was in a panic again, he hyperventilated again, but he didn't want to, he knew it wouldn't help him, but he couldn't stop himself. He needed someone there with him right now and the other part of him didn't want it because it was scared that it could be the man. But there was nobody, he couldn't bring himself to stand up, but he wanted to see his father so badly and he didn't even know if his father was at the headquarters right now. He felt like he was in this damn alley all over again and that didn't help his condition one bit. He was scared and he couldn't move because he thought he would be shot the moment he moved. He knew there was nobody but his brain told him otherwise. Wasn't his brain supposed to be the logical part?! Just let it stop! He sobbed loudly.
"Oh my god, are you okay?" asked a villain and ran into the room, but Izuku didn't even notice them.
The villain sighed. "I suppose I should help you," said the villain and put a hand on Izuku's shoulder, what made him flinch back. "Oh boy" The villain closed their eyes.
Izuku calmed down. He stopped to sob too. He blinked and frowned as he looked around the room. There was no one there. Wasn't there someone here with him just a second ago?

Izuku didn't sleep again that night. He thought the whole time about what happened at night.
Who helped him? It was obviously a villain with some kind of psychic quirk. Was the pressure he felt for a moment on his shoulder a hand? So the quirk needs physical contact? After the contact he felt himself calm down. His panicking thoughts just kind of vanished... His brain was just like: Yeah, do your own thing now, I'm bored, I'll let you be
Some kind of emotion quirk? Can replace emotions maybe? Take them? Maybe even just erase them entirely? That would be a really terrifying ability for a villain to have.
What are the drawbacks, maybe they would– Screw the drawbacks right now. He needed to figure out who helped him. It couldn't have been Beast, Shigaraki, Kurogiri, Jishin and Kouri, that's for sure. Or father gave one of them another quirk... No, Kurogiri didn't feel solid, you couldn't feel the pressure of his 'hand' .. it was hard to describe. The others would've probably told him about a quirk that father gave them, right? They knew how much he loved quirks after all. Besides them, Izuku didn't know much about the other villains. He saw a few of them at the bar occasionally, but they obviously wouldn't show their quirks there if it wasn't a mutant quirk. Kurogiri wouldn't allow that.
But if that someone lived in the headquarters to be there at night–
"Izuku?" asked a voice and opened the door to 'his' room, what got Izuku out of his muttering.
"Y-Yes?" asked Izuku trembling. His father was finally here! Izuku would lie if he would say that he wasn't happy to see his father after what happened that night.
