Ten years ago
"Kurogiri," called a certain someone and looked at Kurogiri expectantly. "Did you find her?"
Kurogiri bowed slightly. "No, I didn't yet, but I'm going to find her soon," answered Kurogiri calmly.
"Alright, you can proceed to... do whatever you were doing now," replied Hisashi with a hum.
Kurogiri nodded and swiped his glasses at the bar again and Hisashi left.
He searched for a woman with a telekinesis quirk – not the most powerful one, but she certainly did a good job at using it effectively. The mysterious villain named Green Knife. Hisashi started his search for the woman a while ago. Whether she was to be recruited or killed (after taking her quirk) would be decided when they confronted her. Green Knife, a really dangerous woman with deep green hair. She was really skilled in throwing (green) knives and moving in the shadows without her victims noticing – when they noticed, they were probably dead the next second. Normally she had all her hair covered under a hood – and she was normally active at night, what made it even harder –, but there was one slip up and Hisashi immediately knew that he had discovered something very important. Deep green hair weren't so normal, after all.

His phone rang. "Yes?"
"I found her."

"Her name is Midoriya Inko. She is currently 25 years old and lives in this city, Musutafu in an apartment building at apartment number 296 at XXXXXX." explained Kurogiri and showed Hisashi a picture of the woman. The one point that he immediately noticed were the blonde hair of the woman and the sweet smile – fake? – on her face as she walked down the street.
"And you're sure that she's Green Knife?" asked Hisashi unsure, but the doubt wasn't visible to Kurogiri.
"Absolutely sure. That's her," answered Kurogiri without doubt, but Hisashi still had his worries.
"Why blonde hair? Green Knife's hair is a deep green."
"I looked into a few documents and found out that she had an appointment with a hair stylist approximately five days ago," replied Kurogiri monotone and gave him the documents. It was true. But that didn't –
"Also, her driver's license still has a picture of her with deep green hair," Kurogiri told him and gave him another picture. But –
"She has a registered telekinesis quirk," finished Kurogiri and gave him another document. Could Kurogiri read thoughts?! Well, it was good that they understood each other this well. "What do you want to do now?"
"Let's capture her"

It wasn't easy. Kurogiri wanted to open a warp gate beneath her (randomly, they decided that a pawn would surely die if they watched her and she noticed them) when she slept, but before she could fall in, she already somehow sidestepped it and threw two knives through it at them. Nobody got hurt, but still.
The second time was when she was shopping and a villain from their organization saw her and reported it immediately – she somehow eluded the warp gate the entire time. And Hisashi was sure he could feel how badly Green Knife wanted to, well, throw knives at them again, but didn't because she was at a public place. The warp gate must've looked suspicious enough as it was.
The third time was when she fought some hero and it was aired on TV. A warp gate opened in front of her when she wanted to attack the barely conscious hero and she barely evaded it with a loud "At least let me do my job, dammit!"
The next time when a warp gate opened in front of her, she stepped into it without fear.
"You're well aware that you're all bastards, I hope?" asked Midoriya Inko with a bittersweet smile on her face. But everyone in the room – namingly Hisashi, Kurogiri and Kouri – knew that she was on her guard, even if she wouldn't let it show.
"Green Knife, I assume?" said Hisashi after a cough and now Green Knife's attention was completely on him.
"Yes, I am Green Knife, and I must say I was really surprised at the beginning that someone figured out my identity, but then I remembered this dumb slip up in my fight with.. ah, whoever that was, can't remember." Green Knife groaned.
Merciless as I expected, thought Hisashi and didn't know if he wanted to smile or not.
"So, what do you want from me? You're surely not bothering me in my daily routine and at my work for nothing, right?"
"No, that would be pretty rude, wouldn't it?" asked Hisashi with a small smile on his own – obviously a fake one."Actually, we wanted to recruit you." answered Hisashi calmly and didn't flinch – like Kurogiri and Kouri, others who didn't deal with people like Green Knife often would've surely flinched, he was sure of it – at her tone.
Green Knife actually laughed. "You? Recruit me? What is this? A villain organization? Or are you just some weird rich men who want me to kill someone? Maybe more? No thank you, psychopath, I just kill heroes."
What an interesting woman
Hisashi didn't know if she liked her or not, but she was certainly interesting. It was refreshing when you dealt the whole time with people like Kurogiri and Kouri.
"No, we're a villain organization, like you first guessed." answered Hisashi and looked to Kurogiri and Kouri, realizing something before he continued. "And it must've been pretty rude of us. We haven't even introduced ourselves yet."

"So you're the infamous League of Villains? I heard from you. And what you're basically saying is that you want to kill All Might and turn society around?" asked Green Knife – or Midoriya, as she wanted them to call her because Green Knife was a handful when you said it every time – with obvious doubt in her voice – where Hisashi thought that he would have to kill her because now she knew about their organization yet to be known to the public, there were currently just rumours in the undeground, and knew about their goal – but her demeanor quickly changed and she grinned.
"Sounds like fun!"
