The members of Fall Out Boy were having a party to celebrate their new album. They invited My Chem and they brought me with them. While everyone was dancing and talking, I was sitting on the couch by myself when a guy from Fall Out Boy sat next to me.
"So you're (y/n)?" He asked.
"Yeah, and you are....?" I asked.
"I'm Andy. I heard you're pretty close friends with MCR."
"Yeah. I'm their closest female friend."
"I can see why. You're really pretty."
"Thanks. You're kinda cute too."
"Kinda or really cute?"
We both laughed. Gerard turned around from the punch table to see us laughing with each other. He angrily put down his cup and pushed through the crowd to us. He grabbed my wrist.
"(Y/n), can I talk to you? Like now?" Gerard asked.
"Gee we were talking." Andy said.
"Damn, that sucks." Gerard sassed.
"Gerard, gimme a second. Andy's telling me about the--"
"He can tell you later. I have to talk to you."
"Is this your boyfriend or something?" Andy asked.
"What, never. We're just friends." I said.
Gerard let go of my wrist sadly. He looked at me annoyed and frustrated.
"Did you just say never?" He asked.
"Gee I--" I started.
"Fuck it, I'm going home. And Andy, just know, if I find out you touched her in anyway I don't like, you're dead."
He pushed back through the crowd and went outside.
"I think you should go talk to him." Andy said.
"I think so too."
I got up and followed him to see him getting into his car.
"Gee wait! Where are you going?" I asked.
"I told you I'm going home. Ask Frank to drop you home. If he's not already wasted that is."
"Why are you leaving?"
"Why do you care? Pretend I'm not here!" He yelled.
I gasped. I've never heard him yell before and it was shocking but scary.
"Gerard--"
"And if you're scared, tell your boyfriend to protect you from me." He said.
I started tearing up as he turned around to open his car door. I ran to him and grabbed his arm, stopping him from getting in.
"I'm sorry Gerard. Please don't go." I said sadly.
"Sorry I yelled. I just want him to back off. I just wanted to-- forget it." He said.
"I didn't mean to say never . I didn't know you liked me. If I had, I would've said yes."
"What?"
"I would've said yes to you. I didn't mean to hurt you."
"Really? You would go out with me?"
"Yes Gerard. I didn't think you liked me back until tonight. I was flirting with Andy to try to get my mind off you cuz I thought you didn't like me."
"It was more of my fault anyway. I may have overreacted."
"Do you wanna go back inside?"
"No there's too many people. I don't them to get in the way."
"In the way of what?"
He pulled my face in and kissed me deeply. I wrapped my arms around the back of his neck as our kiss got passionate and deep.
"Of us." He finished.
As we made out, Gerard backed me up into his car and we made out in the driver's seat of his car.
