Soon the little vacation was over and the guys were heading back to spend the remainder of their holidays with their families. Pha and Yo were going their separate ways as both of them needed to go back to their own homes for the remained of the holidays. Forth and Beam were going to visit Forth's family as Forth's oldest brother was getting married during the week. Ming and Kit decided to visit Ming's parents. So far Kit's parents were oblivious of the drama that had been unfolding and Kit wasn't sure how to tell them. By visiting Ming's family they could get an update on the case. Maybe Ming's father has found something useful they could use to catch this guy. He didn't expect anything to turn up but Kit was holding on to what little hope he had left.
So far the crazed stalker was in his own little world. For the first time since he had fallen for Kit he was completely unaware of his whereabouts. He tried with all his might but he still couldn't find Kit. He was sure that Kit and his gang, including Ming, were headed off to Japan for a week. At least that's what his sources were telling him. The stalker was blind, couldn't see that he was being manipulated into searching a completely different country for him. Kaden may be an obsessed, crazy stalker, just like the other guy, but he wasn't completely heartless. He could see the stress this guy was giving Kit so he decided to lend a hand and give Kit a much needed break. Even he himself didn't keep tabs on Kit during the week. What a mistake that was he thought to himself.
When Kit and Ming arrived back to Thailand, it wasn't long before both his psycho stalkers knew of his engagement to Ming. Neither were happy about this prospect, knowing it wouldn't be long before they became one. This caused Kaden to up his game. If he was to get his Kit for himself he needed to gain Kit's trust, which he has failed to do so far. No matter what he did Kit could never get himself to trust him. Kaden's only option was to rid himself of Kit's stalker. He needed to catch this guy red handed, and in such a way that Kit would feel so overwhelmed with relief that he would be a sitting duck, ripe for the picking. He knew just catching the guy wouldn't make Kit fall for him but it would get him to trust him more and right now that's all he was aiming for.
Kaden planned everything out perfectly, making sure there was no loose ends. He couldn't let anyone know of his motives or everything he has worked for will go down the drain. As he watched Kit sitting outside with Ming, talking to Ming's parents, he knew he had to act soon, before it was too late. Getting rid of Kit's stalker was easy, if it wasn't for this guys usefulness Kaden would of gotten rid of him a lot sooner. He just needed to make the guy look worse than he already did. While Kaden was busy planning how to rid himself of his "competition" the middle aged guy was working on his next move. He couldn't let this Ming guy steal his Kit away from him any longer. It was time to put his next plan into action.
While all this was going on Ming and Kit were enjoying a lovely week at Ming's parents place. There were still no leads on the stalker case, but for the last 2 weeks nothing strange or bad has happened. Kit felt a sense of temporary relief wash over him. Ming was just glad that Kit seemed less stressed and was having a good time. His smiles and laughs were genuine, you could see the happiness reach his eyes. Both of Ming's parents were excited about the engagement. Like his friends they too were kept in the dark about it all. Although Ming wanted to married Kit right this second he knew Kit wasn't quite ready for that step just yet and he was willing to wait. As long as Kit was always by his side he would wait for ever if need be.
The holidays were soon over and Ming and Kit got stuck back into their studies, both having a lot of work to do for this semester. Kit was only 1 semester away from starting his internship at a hospital and the workload increased tenfold. He barely had anytime to stress about the stalker which was a blessing but he found the new workload to be straining. It was at times like this that he regretted following Pha into medicine. It was a good thing that Ming and Kit lived together because they found it hard to spend time with one another. Kit was always gone when Ming woke up of a morning and neither one could visit the other for lunch. They make sure to have dinner together but even then they could only manage it a couple of nights during the week. Despite all this their love for one another kept growing. They kept moving forward, holding on to each other as if their life depended on it.
A month had gone by since the holidays and it was as if the stalker had just disappeared. Kit hadn't received any strange envelopes or packages in over 6 weeks and he was surprised. He couldn't let his guard down, knowing the psychopath could strike at any time but he was allowing himself room to breathe. Ming was pleased to see Kit wasn't so worried anymore. He wasn't constantly looking over his shoulder anymore and Ming was happy.
They were both so wrapped up in their studies and each other that they were unknowing to the drama that was heading their way. It was only a matter of time before their happy little bubble comes crashing down. This was far from over and only time will tell if Ming and Kit will survive this latest obstacle.
