A month had gone by since Samuel's escape and he was still missing. No one had heard or seen him since that fateful day, no one besides those who helped rescue him. Kit was barely getting by with the thought that Samuel could pop back into their lives at any moment and finish what he had started. Ming kept trying to reassure Kit that everything would be ok but as the days wore on he himself was starting to lose hope. Their friends and family were all worried about the two of them. This was a scary time for them all. If Samuel did come back, what would he do? He surely knows that Ming and Kit are now married and it would just anger him even more.
Just as they had predicted Samuel was indeed angry, furious even, upon learning his Kit was now married to that trash called Ming. Kit was destined to be with him, Samuel thought to himself over and over again, and he would make sure that this time there would be no Ming to keep getting in the way. He had already planned upon killing Ming, but with this recent news he wanted to make it as painful and tortuous as possible. He wanted Kit to know what happens when someone crosses him. It had only taken a couple of weeks but soon everything was in place, soon Kit would be his forever. There was no one to stop him now Samuel said to himself.
Deep in his soul Ming knew that Samuel wouldn't give up on Kit, no matter what happened he would always long for that bright eyed beauty, his beauty. Knowing that one day Samuel would return Ming took some extra precautions. For example he had placed a small tracker into his and Kit's wedding rings so that it would easier to location them if either or both of them ending up missing. He also had 2 armed guards shadowing Kit and himself whenever they stepped outside the house. He didn't want to take any chances. Kit was lost in his own little world that he didn't mind the extra security Ming was placing around them. In fact it was a little reassuring to know Ming cared so much about his safety. It was just more ways that Ming was proving his undying love for Kit and he loved it.
It was an unusually cold summers day when it all happened. Ming and Kit were on their way to Kit's parents house when the "accident" occurred. They were about an hour away from their destination when a small truck, on the other side of the road, began to lose control and was headed straight for them. Kit was sleeping like a baby when he was suddenly woken up when Ming had swerved to try and avoid the oncoming vehicle. It was no use, there was just no way to escape it and within seconds the truck had slammed into the side of Ming's car. Luckily or unluckily, however you see it, the truck had managed to only hit the back of their car but still with enough force to knock both Ming and Kit out cold. Ming had been driving on a lesser known road so it was no surprise that no other vehicle drove passed for at least an hour. By that time Ming and Kit were no longer there, having been taken just after the incident. All that remained was their beaten up car, not even the truck was left behind.
It was several hours before Ming and Kit had woken up from the accident. Kit was the first one to open his eyes and upon surveying his surroundings began to panic. He tried to move but soon found out that both his hands and feet were tied, forcing him in a very uncomfortable position. When he gathered his senses a bit more he could see a figure laying in front of him a few metres away. Kit instantly knew it was Ming and began calling out his name. The minutes passed by and yet Ming was still not responding. Kit began to cry as his heart sank, fearing the worst, that Ming was no longer apart of this world. The thought of losing Ming like that terrified him more than anything. He couldn't imagine a life without his beloved husband, his true source of happiness. Fortunately it wasn't much longer before Ming began to stir and eventually woke up. Kit let out a sigh of relief, happy that Ming was alive, for now.
That relief was short lived as moments later 2 men walked in from a small door Kit failed to notice earlier. Then they quickly untied Ming and roughly picked him up off the ground. Kit began screaming, telling those 2 men to leave his Ming alone. Whether it was due to his yelling or it was their intention all along but soon Kit was untied and forcefully lifted off the ground as well. They were then taken to a slightly smaller room where Ming was thrown onto the metal table that was bolted in the middle of the room. He was soon then handcuffed so he couldn't escape. Kit began to cry and soon you could hear soft sobs coming from him. Ming shifted his head to the left and saw Kit on the ground crying. "It's going to be ok Kit. I promise you we'll get through this" Ming said softly but just loud enough for Kit to hear.
Kit lifted his head up and rushed towards Ming before planting a soft kiss on his lips. He tried to untie Ming from his restraints but it was impossible for someone like him. To say Kit was scared was an understatement. Kit had never been so terrified in his life. Even his previous abductions couldn't compare to this. He took one last look in to Ming's piercing deep brown eyes before he placed another soft, yet loving kiss upon his lips.
Kit hadn't kissed him long before he was forcefully thrown to the other side of the room. He was then bound and gagged so he couldn't move or speak. He could only watch as the horrors would unfold before his eyes. What felt like hours but in reality was only a few minutes someone else slowly entered the room. Someone both Ming and Kit dreaded to ever have to face again. Samuel.
