When Kit woke up the following morning he was surprised to find the room empty. Ming was no where to be seen. He started to worry that something could of happened to Ming until he saw a note on the bedside table next to him. The note explained for Kit to make his way to the beach once he got himself dressed and that Ming would be waiting for him. Kit looked at the time and saw it was 7am. Not sure how long Ming had been waiting Kit quickly freshened up and got dress before making his way to the beach. When he got there he noticed there were flower petals on the ground leading to a place further up the beach. Kit followed the trail and a few minutes later came across a little picnic setting on the ground. It was such a beautiful display and before he even realised it Ming had come up behind Kit and hugged him tightly. "Morning sweetie" Ming said as he planted a soft kiss on Kit's cheek "I thought we could have breakfast on the beach looking out onto the ocean." Kit was so touched with the effort Ming had put in to surprising him that he started to blush. He slowly turned around and planted a kiss onto Ming's lips. "I love it baby" Kit said happily "Thank you." Ming then lead Kit to the picnic blanket on the ground smiling, glad that Kit liked his surprise. He only hoped Kit liked what Ming had in store for him next.

They spent the next hour or so enjoying the many wonderful foods that Ming had provided. Kit was in heaven, this was such a lovely way to start the day he thought. Ming was so thoughtful and caring, could he be any luckier than this? After all the food was gone and Kit was cuddled up in Ming's arms looking out at the calm ocean he felt at peace, as if the last few months didn't happen at all. Kit was lost in his own thoughts when Ming had turned Kit to face him and planted a sweet and gentle kiss onto Kit's soft lips before breaking away. Ming had never been so nerveous before, he was barely hanging on. If Kit said no it would break his heart.

Ming took one deep breath, trying to calm his nerves before he spoke "Kit. I love you. Ever since I met you I knew you were the one for me. I've never felt this way about anyone before. These past few months with the crazy stalker and all has made me realise something. Just the thought of losing you terrifies me. I can't imagine my life without you. So my dear kitten." Ming paused for a few seconds before reaching under the blanket and pulling out a small black box and opening it in front of Kit. "Will you marry me?" he asked his beloved boyfriend. Kit was stunned to say the least. He didn't expect this from Ming, not so soon. He figured they'd get married once they both graduate if they ever crossed that path but here Ming was asking Kit to spend the rest of his life with him. Is he really ready for that Kit thought to himself.

The thought of losing Ming scared the life out of Kit. He couldn't imagine his life with anyone else. Throughout their whole relationship Ming has proven time and time again that Kit was his one and only, that he truly loved him, more than anything. Seeing the worried look on Ming's face Kit decided to easy Ming's mind. "Yes. Of course I'll marry you. I love you too Ming" Kit said so excitedly. Ming was over joyed at Kit's response. He couldn't be happier. "We won't get married till after we graduate but I just wanted to let you know that I'm in this relationship for life" Ming said softly. Kit didn't care when they got married, he was a little relieved that it wasn't going to be so soon but he was just so over the moon that Ming wanted to spend the rest of his life with him. He couldn't stop smiling as Ming placed the silver ring on his ring finger. He even gave one to Kit to place on Ming's hand. Ming wanted everyone to know he was officially taken.

They sat there enjoying each others company and letting the new status of their relationship sink in before they decided to pack up and head back to their room. Both Ming and Kit were meeting up with the other boys around 10:30am to head to the nearby waterfall. It was meant to be such a wonderful place to visit. Ming also couldn't wait to tell the others the great news. He was so over come with happiness that he just wanted to shout it from the roof top. When they finally met up just after 10:30am Beam was the first to notice the new ring upon Kit's finger. "Hey Kit. What's that on your finger?" Beam pointed to the silver ring upon Kit's left hand. Kit would normally shy away from things like this but because of Ming he was able to calmly answer Beam. "It's an engagement ring" he stated showing the ring to everyone present. Beam and Pha were both shocked, Yo was congratulating the happy couple and Forth just wished them the best of luck for their future.

"Is this for real?" Pha asked, still reeling from the news that Kit was now engaged. "Sure is" Ming stated happily, showing his left hand as well. "When did this happen?" Beam wanted to know. Kit then spent the next few minutes explaining everything. From the note, to breakfast on the beach to Ming's sudden but very welcomed proposal. It was everything Kit had imagined it to be, romantic and sweet yet simple. Ming truly understood Kit and it made his heart flutter. After a few more minutes of wedding talk the guys decided it was time to head off to see the majestic waterfall, not wanting to delay it any further. Kit couldn't keep the smile off his face and kept staring at the ring. He didn't notice it at first but the ring had an engraving on it "Ming's Heart." He then grabbed Ming's left hand and saw that on his ring it was engraved "Kit- My life." Kit was almost teary eyed from just looking at Ming's ring. It clearly was a way for Ming to show his love for Kit so everyone could see. While Kit was in his own little world Ming lightly kissed his cheek, squeezing his hand lovingly. Kit was indeed blessed to have Ming in his life.
