Cupheads POV

I slept in till 10am and damn did I feel good. I woke up and got dressed in some workout clothes, although I was going to end up changing later for the party. After getting dressed and all, I went to go workout with my brother for 2 hours. When we finished it was 12pm so me and Mugs went to go get lunch. When we were at lunch Mugs asked me about going to a friends house since everyone at the party was older. I said yes and thought to myself and smirked.

"What are you smirking about?"

"...nothing"

"Cups, I know when your lying...tell me"

I leaned back in my chair but then forgot I never told Mugs about my sexuality.

"Mugs, before I tell you what I'm thinking about I need to tell you something else...please don't be mad"

"ok well tell me that first"

"well, um...im...g....gay"

He gave me a serious look and I panicked. I almost started crying god, he probably hates me know but then, but then he chuckled. I was confused and waited for an explanation.

"Cups, I knew this since I found out what liking someone meant"

"R-really?'

"yes, I saw you never really took interest in girls"

I smiled in relief and thanked him.

"so...what was on your mind?"

"Well, Ive known this person forever but finally realized I actually like him. He's short, cute, smells good, smart, caring, ho-

"ok Cups, I asked what was on your mind not about who you like"

We both laughed and I scratched the back of my head

"Well, he's coming over tonight and I'm excited"

"ooohh, make sure you wear protection"

My hair started to bubble and my eyes went wide

"MUGS, I meant I can't wait till he comes over!"

He laughed as my bubbling hair started to calm down.

After about a 2 hour lunch from talking mostly, we went home. While I set up the party,  Mugs got packed for the sleepover. I went to go drop off Mugs and went back to take a shower and get ready. I dressed casual and made sure to smell really good. had about an hour till people started arriving so I cleaned my room incase anyone was going in. After that people started showing up but I was waiting for my main guest to arrive.

I'm doing way better now lmao. I'm not as sad as I was last week and I'm proud but soon it'll change. School starts on August 13 for me and honestly I'm a bit excited. Anyways, tell me when y'all start school and how I did on this chapter
