Alyssa's eyes sparkled and you could see clearly how a thousand memories came through her head. Her lips formed a "Shawn" and her heart began to race. She became much more nervous than ever before and all because Shawn was in the same room as her for the first time in many months.
Shawn didn't leave this encounter cold either. He knew that he would meet her here and that this job was available to her. He consciously searched for traces of where Ally could be after she disappeared and never exchanged a word with him again. Shawn Mendes was looking for Alyssa Miller because he missed her too and couldn't let her go.
Shawn was happy with Christy, that was out of the question, but Alyssa was something completely different. He is aware that no one could replace Alyssa, she was far too unique for that. The love for Christy is great, but this love could never have grown up as it could have done for Ally.
At that time when they were on tour, it was just a harmless crush. Shawn was interested in her, but her good work was more important to her than the fact that she could be the woman of his life.
There are two loves in life. One is the love of life and the other is the love for life. You don't see the difference between the two directly, but these are two different worlds.
The love of life is the person you want to be them. You try everything to maintain this love and relationship, sacrifice things and repair. This person comes into your life when you are self-confident, accepting and loving yourself. This makes room for this person to love you as a person and to lead a relationship. These partners join you with similar stories. They are there for the long haul.
The relationship with the love of your life is easy. It begins without work. It continues to connect through the current day-to-day events. There is no past or future stories that manipulate the union. There is just right now. These relationships have healthy marriages because both sides are ready to create a oneness while still remaining in their own individuality and authenticity.
The love for your life can enter your life masked as friends, family members, and lovers. They fill a passion and desire that needs to be learned. Once the assignment and guidance is completed a soul mate usually exits the picture, oftentimes leaving an inconceivable amount of heart ache.
The love for your live arrive at a specific time when something needs to find closure. Amazing lessons come through . The love that is shared is ecstatic and sometimes full of hard obstacles. These two people are trying to find footing in a relationship that brings out the best and worst in each other.
