"i messed up bad." lana sipped on her latte.

"what did you do anyways?" her friend asked, sitting across from her with her own cup of coffee.

"i- i cheated on him. with namjoon."

"are fucking out of your mind?" her friend gasped.

"i know. i know." lana looked down.

"how did it happen?"

"it wasn't intentional, i promise." lana raised her hands in defence. "it's just i accidentally called hoseok namjoon one time-"

"you did what?"

"shh... don't interrupt me. and from then on he stopped letting me go out alone because he didn't necessarily trust me as much as he did before. he was scared i was cheating on him. and then namjoon called me out last night for a party but i told him i can't go. then he told me it was my chance to prove to hoseok that i can go to a party and come back early."

"that's the most stupid excuse ever. obviously he was tryna trick you, you big dumbo." her friend facepalmed. "you're actually so stupid sometimes, it makes me wonder why we're even friends."

"mina, i know i messed up so bad. so me being stupid, i went. and i only had one drink, i swear. but it tasted weird and namjoon told me he put a little water in there so i don't get as drunk."

"don't tell me you believed that."

"but then i tasted his one and that was weird too, so maybe it was a different drink to the one i normally drink i thought. then i don't remember anything but waking up in his bed naked." lana explained.

"you need a holy water cleansing." mina said.

"ugh, i'm being serious. what should i do?"

"first of all, you don't know if you actually had sex so you need to clarify that first. if you didn't, you didn't. yay for you. but if it turns out you did, then you need to talk to hoseok."

"i can't face him. not after hurting him like that."

"that's the only solution. if you don't tell him, he'll find out somehow and then you're in deeper shit. so it's best to tell him now yourself. you were drunk and weren't in your right mind."

"do you really think he'll forgive me?" she sobbed silently.

"umm...uh... yeah. totally." mina said with uncertainty laced in her voice. she patted lana's back softly.

"i'm such an idiot. i was too scared he was going to leave me when it's me doing the damage instead."
