"babe, i'm tired." hoseok snuggled up close with her, his arms wrapped around her waist securely. "what happened to us?" he asked, softly.

"i don't know." lana replied, running her hands through his hair. "i don't know, babe."

"i feel like we're constantly fighting, constantly arguing. even though we work it out in the end, it still fucking hurts and it's damaging our relationship." hoseok tightened his hold on lana, almost as if she'd disappear into thin air.

"i know, babe. it's not right." she kissed his forehead. "what happened to us from when we got married to now?"

"we changed, lana." hoseok said. "we changed so much."

"i don't want you to leave me." a tear escaped lana's eye, her lips quivering as she feared the future.

"i won't, baby." he pulled her in closer. "i promise."

"you can't promise anything." her voice cracked. "we argue everyday, who's to promise anything?" she whisper shouted.

"i promise, lana." hoseok kissed her. "no matter what, i promise."
