Mia was looking as beautiful as ever as she walked towards me. Her dark brown, curly hair bounced as leaves blew around her. Her chestnut eyes sparkled, crinkling along with the smile on her soft, round face.

She was wearing a royal purple infinity scarf and black yoga pants. She had a mouse brown, midriff vest with the fluff at the hood. I was mesmerized every time I saw her.

"Hey Drew." she stood in front of me, having to look up with her short height of 5'2".

"Hey." I smiled. "How's Hannah doing?" Of course, I already knew how she was doing. Mia's with her a lot ever since she broke her leg. She was getting it off tomorrow.

"Great actually. We're both excited that she's getting it off tomorrow." Bingo. "I mean I love her, but I spend too much time with her now!" she laughed. "she wears me out but I can finally stay in my dorm again."

I nodded. "I hear that. Say, let's go get you a frosty?"

"Wow, you really spoil me, Drew." She lightly punched my arm. "I would love to but I'm getting fat just thinking about it." I tried not to show anger. My face twitched and I balled my hands into fists.

"Mia." I replied, strained. "You're a beautiful woman. I've told you this before."

"I know." she rolls her eyes and folds her arms. "You tell me every time I see you. Which is sweet and all, I just don't know what you see in me."

My hands start to shake and I bite my tongue to control myself. I hated when she did that. Can't she see her beauty? With all the times I compliment her?

"C'mon, frosty's on me." I stare at her. She seems to fight with herself but then sighs with a smile, throwing her hands up as if surrendering.

"Alright fine. But this is the last time mister." she points at me. I smirk. Until today.

We get in my car and we drive to Wendy's, order  two frosty's and a fry and I drive off to a far away lake. We sit by it and watch as ducks swim along with their babies. We chat about randomness, having a good time.

"So how'd you say Hannah broke her leg again?" I asked, wanting to hear her laugh.

She smiles and turns to me, licking her lips. "Okay okay, so she said Miller and her were hanging out and he dared her to do a flip off her roof. Dumb right? And of course, Hannah being Hannah, she does it and lands on it wrong." she starts to snicker and I crack a smile.

"And so Miller says that she was laying down for a moment and he thought she passed out but once he got close he says she just started screaming like a banshee," Mia laughed. "and she was rolling around and she was trying to get up but it's obviously bent wrong and Miller said she was trying to 'walk it off'!" she cracked up. "the bitch tried walking off a broken ankle!" I couldn't help but laugh along.

"then she started freaking out so she tried to fix it herself by slamming her ankle against a wall to snap it into place but she just makes it worse!" she snorts and covers her mouth with the back of her hand. "I couldn't fucking believe it. Miller said she passed out from the pain so he took her to the hospital. I was dying when I heard the story." she smiled, wrapping her arms around herself.

The temperature was dropping and it was time for me to bring her home. "Stay right here." I told her before getting up. I opened my car and reached behind the passenger seat, dousing my rag with chloroform. I hold it behind my back and walk over to her, kneeling behind her.

My heart pounded as I stroked her hair, then rubbing her shoulders. "Uhh...Andrew?" she asked. I shhed her and she started to inch away from me. "What are you doing?" I didn't answer, but instead hold the rag over her nose and mouth. She squealed and squirmed but I held her arms tight.
