Break Away

P.E.

Sally's P.O.V.

I drop my school stuff into my locker and grab my P.E. clothes.

I walk to the gym and see Rebecca sitting there with a guy.

I walk over to them.

" Hi Bekka!" I say.

" Hey Sally. So this is my boyfriend Zach. Zach this is Salty my friend I made during homeroom. " She says and introduces us.

I notice Emily and Nathan out of the corner of my eye.

I also see Ash sitting with her group of friends. Yeah P.E. is combined. I kind of like it. It gives you the opportunity to make more friends.

Zach smiles at me and gives me a friendly hug.

" Any friend if Bekkas is a friend of mine." He says and shoots me a wink.

I laugh and shake my head.

" Well I see my friends over there so I best be going." I say and hug them both.

" Bye!" They say in unison and start to laugh.

I skip over to Nathan and Emily and hug them.

" So what goes on?" I ask.

" Oh nothing much just making new friends here and there." Nathan says. His deep voice echoing through my ears making me shiver a little bit.

" Cool." I get interrupted by a whistle. A loud whistle at that.

I cover my poor ears and wince.

" Alright children! I want all of you to stand in a line to get your lockers. Then were gonna change out and start jogging. And I'm Mrs. Bells to let you all know. " She says and lines us up.

I'm next and I make my way over to the door leading to the office thingy.

" Pick a lock and tell me the combo and number. Then choose a locker and tell me the number. Kay?" She asks me and I nod telling her the combo an number.

I then take a look through the dark purple lockers and choose one.

Number 200 is in the corner so I chose that.

I told her the number and went to change practicing my combo.

Once I hot the hang of it, I out my shoes on and went into the gym and waited for everyone to finish.

When everyone got their lockers assigned we all went out tit the track and lined up by the numbers.

" Alright your gonna jog two laps then head inside when everyone is done.Alright? On your marks , get set, GO!"

Everyone started sprinting but I just jogged a little faster than I meant to.

Pretty soon everyone was tired and I was the first one done.

" Good job squirt. I'm proud if ya." Mrs. Bells says.

"Thanks." I breathe out and catch my breath.

" Alright everyone head inside and change out. Class dismissed!" She said and started walking to the front entrance.

I walked to and went into the locker room.

I changed out and put some deodorant on and checked my self in the mirror.

" So did you have fun running?" Someone asked me.

I turned around and saw....
