Disney Land AU

 "Oh my God, you guys, we have to take a picture here", My sister exclaimed while wildly throwing her arm in the direction of the giant Mickey head that was made out of flowers.

"We do?" Evan quizzically spoke up from beside me, Zoe looked like he had personally offended her.

Before Zoe could retort Jared beat her to it, "Dude it's your first time at Disneyland, were taking a picture at all the iconic locations". He declared as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

We waited for the group of people that were already taking a picture to leave before we all moved to stand in front of the Mickey floral. Zoe held the camera up as high as she could to try and get all of us in the photo. Zoe started to count down from three and before she took the picture I quickly turned to Evan and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

Evan looked to the side and tried to hide his face in his hands, his smile breaking through. After we moved off to the side so that other people could take pictures we all turned to Zoe expectantly.

Zoe held out her phone for us to see laughing as she said, "Evan your face is priceless". In the photo Alana had wrapped her arms around Zoe's shoulder and Zoe was giving a peace sign, meanwhile Jared decided to dab and behind him you could see Evans flustered face as I kissed him.

I could hear Jared lightheartedly making fun of Evan as Evan groaned in annoyance. While the boy's were busy I told Zoe, "Send that to me".

She gave me a mock salute, "Sure thing lover boy", I just rolled my eyes and sighed.

Alana then came back to the group since she had gone to grab us some maps, "So, where are we headed first?"

We started our day at Adventureland and after riding all the rides we wanted to we made our way to New Orleans Square since it was closest. We had just gotten off of the Haunted Mansion and Evan was still clinging onto me even though we were off the ride, which was adorable.

We exited the ride building and walked down to the main path where Zoe had stopped to look at her phone, presumably for the time, "Okay well since were here should we use our fast passess for Splash Mountain now?", Although she was asking everyone I could see the silent question on her face.

"I think it would be good to go now", Nodding my head in confirmation to Zoe's question.

She practically burst with excitement, pumping her fist into the air and loudly exclaiming, "Woohoo! Come on let's go!", She grabbed Alana's arm and raced down the street towards the entrance. Meanwhile I grabbed Evan's hand and in a more calm fashion walked over to the entrance with Jared right behind us.

We got to skip most of the line but still had to wait a bit and I've never felt this nervous. The closer we got to the front of the line the more I could feel my anxiety try to drown me. I guess it was pretty obvious how anxious I was since Evan called me out on it, "Are you okay? We don't have to go on the ride if you don't want to".

God I love this boy, I gave him a genuine smile and said, "Don't worry, I'm better then fine", Thankfully he didn't push after that. Finally it was our turn to get on the ride, "Dude it's your first time so you have to sit in the front", Jared said when he saw Evan headed towards one of the seats in the back of the log.

"But i'm going to get soaked", Evan protested when he saw how drenched the people getting off the ride were.

"It's part of the experience", Alana pushed him towards the front seat which he complied with and got into the front seat. The rest of us got seated in the log with Jared in the very back, Alana in front of him, Zoe in front of her and I was sat behind Evan. Once we were all seated the ride operator wished us a good time and sent us on our way.

The ride went as it was supposed to with us weaving our way around the mountain looking at all of the animatronics as we went. Until Finally we had got to the part before the drop, as our log was slowly edged upwards I quickly opened up my backpack that was in sat in between my legs. I pulled out a white piece of paper that was fairly large and got ready for the drop.

When we were descending down the final drop I held up the paper for the camera to see. I could feel the smile on my face as we went down, both from the rush of the ride and just my pure excitement. When we hit the bottom of the drop water splashed over all of us and I laughed in joy. I could hear Evan squeal at the sudden attack of cold water considering he probably got the most wet.

As the log curved back to the start of the ride I took the piece of paper and shoved it back into the backpack, zipping it up when I was done. As we got out of the log I could see all of us had gotten pretty wet.

"Let's go check out the picture!", We were all pretty excited to see how the picture turned out. This time I was the one practically dragging Evan behind me as we all went over to the spot where we could look at the pictures. When we got there I immediately spotted which computer had the picture of all of us. In it you could see everyone was holding a sign except for Evan. The signs clearly read, "Will", "You", "Marry", "Me".

As Evan was still looking for the picture I got behind him and got down on one knee. I heard him softly gasp and he quickly turned around, he looked down and his eyes met mine. I grabbed the ring box from my pocket and opened it so that the ring was exposed, "Hansen, from the day I met you, you have changed my life for the better, I wouldn't be where I am now if it wasn't for you, I love you with all of my heart and I want to spend the rest of my life with you, so, Evan, will you marry me?"

I could see tears in Evan's eyes and he had his hand over his chest in shock but I could see the smile he had on his face, "Yes, yes! A million times, yes!" He caught me off guard when he launched himself at me wrapping his arms around my body. I grabbed the ring from the box and slid it on to his ring finger.

YAga, holy shit I've had this idea for such a long time I'm so glad I finally got to writing it, as always hope y'all enjoyed, hopefully ill see y'all in the next chapter
