A few uncomfortable hours of reading each other's pained minds later, Yoongi finally spoke up.

"Jin Woo, you know we might have to leave some day, yeah?"

Jin Woo sadly clutched his own hand, comforting himself.

"Yoongi the other day I ran away."

The elder felt his heart and head ache at the thought of the fragile boy alone on the streets.

His mind went to the dark alleyways where the predators roamed, the endless streets where the menacing gangs prowled looking for the children just like Woo.

Jin Woo continued, his words suddenly laced in regret.

"I left to leave everything. Forever."

Yoongi snapped his head towards Woo, unable to make eye contact, but still wanting to be heard.

"Woo you are worth something. One of the biggest problems we face is self worth. If you can't see why you deserve your life, you can't live your life."

Woo sadly turned to face his Hyung and made the saddest eye contact, in which he responded words that gave Yoon goosebumps.

"Is that why you were thinking about jumping last night?"

Yoon glances between Woo's eyes.

He looked away and stood up. He wanted to punch himself for allowing The small child witness his self loathing.

He walked away towards the kitchen and grabbed keys.

Woo followed him with his eyes, and tilted his head.

"Where are you going?"

"We're going to make a plan."

"For what?"

"For when something goes wrong."

Yoongi opened the door, and Woo caught up, his shoes on.

2 months later

Yoongi and Jin Woo had been gone to the world for just over two months.

While Yoon plummeted deeper into his own pit of sadness, Woo became happier and more hopeful each day.

He had gone to therapy with someone who was good, but also someone who needed no pay or identity.

Yoon couldn't attend as it was because it was reserved for young kids 16 and under.

Yoongi was 19.

Woo was 12.

One day They had run out of groceries.

Woo was ordered to stay home.

30 minutes after Yoongi left, Woo heard a knock at the door.

He immediately became on guard, as Yoongi never knocked to get in. He often came through the window or sent a text to unlock the door in however many minutes it would take for him to march to the apartment room.

Woo looked through the peephole and discovered 2 men in hat looked like police investigator attire.

Woo immediately shut down all light source and grabbed his back pack.

He tried to cover up his tracks as he opened the window to climb down the numerous ladders that led to a dark alleyway that seemed to be deserted at the moment.

The banging grew louder and they announced themselves.

"THIS IS THE NIS, open the door now or we will resort to force!"
