"Hey, Yoongles?"

The entranced boy raised his head, his dark eyes meeting that of his lover.

"Yes, Hobi?"

"I'm eager for some coffee, wanna come with me?"

Yoongi looked at Hoseok's fiddling hands, knowing he desperately wanted to spend time with Yoongi, yet he didn't want to disrupt the boy's work.

"Yeah.. yeah, I'll get dressed."

With that, the pen of a million words delicately dropped and rolled to the side of a pile of papers, each consisting of songs Yoongi had spilled his time, energy, and poetry into.

His wobbly legs trembled to the door uncontrollably for a moment, and embarrassment had flushed over him, Hobi giggled and taunted him,

"First time walking, kid?"

Yoongi shot a playfully annoyed face at Hobi, with a responsive gasp from the other.

They spun to the door, and walked in a lovely unison to Yoongi's car. Hobi opened the door for the other, to which Yoongi grinned and rolled his eyes at. Hoseok made his way to his door, and once in, started the ignition, filling the car with music. The Bluetooth had automatically connected to Hobi's phone, and Lana Del Rey momentarily serenaded them.

Yoongi gave an 'oh, really?' Look to the other, and as if on cue, Hobi cranked the song back up. They were soon driving, as Hobi periodically turned and pointed to Yoongi, specifically at the lyrics, "Well my Boyfriend's in a band, he plays guitar while I sing Lou Reed."

Yoongi smiled at his theatrical boyfriend, and soon went along with the act, whipping his ear-length hair and making gestures of an air guitar.

It wasn't long before they'd gotten to the cafe they always went to, and their bubbly interactions sparked a million lights in the once boring cafe.

"Ah, my boys!"

An elderly woman cooed. She was the owner of the shop, and she'd always adored the boys and their love for each other, she always called them everlasting soulmates.

"Hello, Ann!"

Hobi responded, heartwarming presence soon spiraling all throughout the lovely shop.

"The usuals, my kiddos?"

"Yes, please."

"Coming right up sweetheart."

They made way to their usual spot, not before Yoongi noticed a shifty figure in the chairs outside.

He'd nonchalantly stared the man down, Hobi not realizing as he discussed the architecture of the cafe with the unresponsive boy.

"I mean, these booths have to be from the mid to late 1900's, I'd guess the late 70's, early 80's. How about you?"

He turned to see the other staring at the man outside, and soon caught on.

"What's up with him? Why are we staring like spies?"

Yoongi snapped out of his cold stare, and blinked his way over to Hobi, who seemed to tower over him, as Yoongi had sunken into his seat out of nature from his concentration. He sat up straight and debated his thoughts without speaking a word. Hobi knew not to interrupt him, but it hadn't made his curiosity any less intense. He got up and went to grab the coffees, and as he did so the man outside seemingly snapped his face over towards Yoongi, who was now furrowed in the eyebrows, and shooting a fearless and cold gaze to the stranger outside. A hood, sunglasses, and a ball cap concealed the identity of the man Yoongi was prepared to fight. His instinct felt unease, impending doom shriveling his stomach into pieces as he grew more weary of this character. His instincts never led him wrong when he followed them, but his instincts faced confusion.

He had a sort of pent up anger, one he couldn't explain, one that confusingly sent his mind into a black out rage. Colors began fading in his vision, he grew more angry with this fellow, and before he made any moves, his lover returned.

"Here Yoongles, the whipped cream is lookin THICK today- what the hell? What's wrong?"

"We need to get the fuck out of here. Now."

His eyes never left the man, but the man refused contact when Hobi returned.

Yoongi stood up and the figure's head slightly tilted at them, until a child's scream was heard.

The guy moved his head swiftly, and with that the boys were gone.

"Okay, not to mess with your funky flow, but what exactly are we doing?"

Hoseok whispered as they made their way through alleyways beyond the cafe, their pace being a jog, and a few times a momentary sprint.

"That man had bad intentions. He wants to do
something, but I don't know what. He looked at me the second you left-"

Yoongi stopped dead in his tracks.

He stared down at the end of the alleyway they were running down and noticed the foot of someone slide behind the corner to the right up ahead.

His mind raced, he glanced around, and yanked Hobi to the right.

"Climb."

Yoongi was in fight or flight mode, and the pair climbed a garbage bin to get over a wall, only to be spat into another part of the alley system.

Yoongi glanced behind himself, seeing a masked face meeting his eyes and soon pulling back behind the corner, again.

The two jumped down from the wall and sprinted as fast as they could. Wind struck their faces, and soon they heard ferocious sounds of what seemed like hundreds of feet behind them.

In a desperate attempt to get them to lose sight of the boys, Yoongi rounded a corner to the left, where he knew a park sat across the street, presumably the one with the scream that gave them their running head start. As they ran, freedom sparkled in their eyes, but was soon stripped away from them as a man with a gun pointed in the direction of the boys stepped into vision.

They stopped dead in their tracks, and before either could find some ingenious plan, hard objects smacked them over the head, and darkness filled their eyes, the dark concrete coming closer to them as they fell.

"Move them into the truck, meet at the warehouse and move them to the limo. 5 will take it from there."

"Alrighty, I'm transporting the kid, I assume?"

"Yes, everything needs to be set by 7 PM tonight."

"Got it, I'll be there."
