I beat girls in sports: Chapter three

{Chris's POV}

I played my set, consisting of the songs: Harmony, Simplistic Trans-like Getaway,  Sweet Perfection, Happy, and Big City Dreams. I played with a lot of energy, because I was so thrilled that Delilah said yes to our date. After the set, I went to go look for her, but couldn't find her. Maybe she was with Black Veil Brides or something. I hung out with Taylor and smoked a few cigarettes anxiously.

{Delilah's POV}

I ran around every where searching for Stacy. Eventually I found her with Chris and Balz from Motionless in White. Typically I would have been majorly star-struck, but I was too happy about dinner with Chris. I may have not wanted it to be a date, but he's really adorable and it could actually blossom into something special.

"Stacy! I need your help, please!" I said, pulling Stacy away. Before she could say anything, I ran with her to her bus,

"Okay, what do you need?" Stacy said catching her breath.

"Well, Chris and I are going to dinner tonight. So I was wondering if you'd help on what to wear? Ah, I'm really nervous too!"I said happily. Her eyes widened in confusion.

"Um, whatever you decide to wear should be fine. I'll catch you later though, I got merch stuff to do." Stacy said scurrying off. I stood there feeling a little confused by her strange behavior. Typically, she's really happy and bubbly but she seemed so dull. I brushed off her behavior and went back to the bus.

Chris wasn't there at the time, he must have went out on a smoke break, so I took the time to curl my hair, and do my make up. Then I went over the my suit cases and picked out a strapless floral dress and a light brown waist belt. I didn't want Chris to see me before our date, so I stayed hidden in my bunk until about eight in the late evening.

{Chris's POV}

I put on a white button up and dark skinny jeans with tears at the knees.Once my iPhone said it was 8 o'clock, I called Delilah. She answered almost immediately which made me happy. Moments later, she came into the living room of the bus. It was kind of funny how we're calling each other when she's only feet away.

"Delilah...you look...just darlin' baby..." I said almost speechless, I really couldn't find the right word to express how amazing she looks. Her cheeks started turning red and I couldn't help but smile.

"Aw, thanks Chris. You look rather handsome yourself." She said pleased. I smiled, and took her hand and guided her out to a cab that was waiting to take us to a vegan restaurant.

"So I take it you're a vegan, huh?" Delilah laughed, she had such a soft laugh.

"Yeah for quite a while now actually. And I take it you're not? I mean, at least judging by all the McDonald's breakfast you eat." I teased jokingly.

"Oh whatever, I could be a vegan if I wanted to," She said giggling. We continued on talking about little things, finished eating, and then went on a walk. While walking, I quietly listened while Delilah talked about her dreams and her family. It seemed that her family ignores her and she's not used to the attention she gets out here, but she wants to be a singer. It took me a lot of begging and making a sad dog faces but soon enough, she started singing. 

When Delilah started singing own of my own songs, 'Sweet Perfection', I could have died of happiness.

"And oh pretty girl I know that I just met you, but I might just dare to say that I love you. And oh sweet perfection won't you hear my one confession, I've been lost but dear I'm found. But dear I'm found!"She sang lovely. I was excited that she even knew the lyrics to the song, and that she had a wonderful voice that I could listen to for hours.
