REMEMBER

Having your period in NATURAL. You should never be ashamed of it and if you ever come across anyone who laughs at a period , take them out of your life immediately because you DO NOT need that type of immaturity in your life . If you normalize having a period , everyone around you will , so don't make a fuss about it , it's not that important.

1. Heat up a sock full of rice or beans and put it where it hurts to decrease pain

3. Put extra underwear in your bag and always carry a sweatshirt , jacket or scarf to cover if you stain your clothes

4. Take warm baths or showers. It will ease cramps and it stops the flow.( you can 100% sure go swimming in your period)

5. Want to have sex but don't want to stain ? Do it in the shower, water stops the flow

6. Drink A LOT of water

7. Eat dark chocolate

8. Avoid fatty or gassy foods

9. Do yoga exercises that eliminate or reduce bloating

14. Always carry tampons and pads around and locate the nearest bathroom wherever you go
