1. Buy yourself a plant. When you're stressed, water it, take care of it ... let nature bring peace into your mind

2. Turn of your phone/ back away from the screen/ leave your phone aside

3. Put on some relaxing music  and listen to it carefully with  your eyes closed

4. Turn of the lights and light up some candles

5. Leave whatever you are doing, close your eyes and take several deep breaths to organize your mind.

6. Take a relaxing bath

7. Make yourself a hot drink

8. Exercise, get rid of some energy, wear  yourself off

9. Talk to a friend

10. Go to sleep. You'll wake up feeling better

11. If you need a quick relaxing method, mentally count your fingers in hands and feet , as you move them.

12. Sometimes it's as simple as looking out the window and concentrating on the view around you.
