3. Start slow to get fast results. Don't go over it with exercise. Start with a good diet and beginners exercise and increase the intensity daily.
4. Your body may not adapt immediately to a new change, so if you're changing your diet or working out more, you may get cramps or aching, it's normal!
5. Obviously , sugar, alcohol and drugs are horrible for any body changing goals.
