True Colors (Splatoon Story) (Complete)

Chapter 12 -Infiltration-

It's ten o'clock, the land is shrouded in darkness. The only light right now is from Exalted Flame. I'm waiting for the right opportunity with Agent 3, 4 and 8 to start our infiltration into the building, since some of the soldiers are patrolling around the building.

"If we don't move anytime soon, we might get discovered," Agent 4 commented.

"Hmm. Do any of you have a curling bomb?" I asked.

"No, sorry," said Agent 4, while Agent 8 shook her head.

"Alright then. Splat Bomb it is," I said as I pulled out my N-ZAP '85.

I grab a Splat Bomb from my gun and threw it at a distance away from the soldier's path, but close enough to get their attention. Moments later, the bomb exploded, catching the attention of the guards and walking towards the explosion.

"Alright. Let's move!" I whisper yelled as the four of us started to run towards the building.

Once we reach one of the walls of the building, we tried to keep out of the point of view of the cameras.

"Off the Hook, we're at the wall," said Agent 3 through our ear piece.

"Understood. The secret entrance should be about 500 feet away to your left. Be careful, there's a camera nearby, and one just as you enter the secret entrance," said Marina through our ear piece.

"Alright. Wish us luck," said Agent 4.

The four of nodded as we carefully move, towards the entrance. But Agent 4 pulled out her Brella and used it to keep our face hidden from the camera. Once we are at the secret entrance, I used my acidic ink to break in the building, but once inside, Agent 3 threw a burst bomb towards the roof, causing the camera to go blind.

"Alright, they know that there are intruders inside, so we need to move quickly. The changing room is a couple of rooms to the left here. If you guys move quickly, you'll reach there undetected. I'll go to the generator and destroy it for the anti-air missiles," I explained.

I quickly grab my Splatershot Pro and made inked the corridor.

"Now go, and keep contact!" I commanded as I transformed into my squid form and jumped into the black ink.

As I reached the end, I turn around and saw the three agents swimming though my ink as well. I quickly run towards the generator room as I can while shooting some of the scientists who tries to warn the rest of the building. Once I arrived in front of the generator room, I used my acidic ink to destroy the lock and enter it.

Once inside, I was met with blast of heat. The machines inside generated a lot of heat for the energy, so no one was inside. I grab one of my modified suction bombs and threw it to one of the nearest generator and quickly closed the door. Once the bomb exploded, I enter the room again and saw that the generator I threw the bomb at started to dissolve because of my acidic ink in the suction bomb, and a bit of the area around it was dissolving as well.

Just to be sure, I threw another two suction bomb at different parts of the room, destroying more machinery. Just as it exploded, I noticed that the lights everywhere started to flicker on and of, until everything went dark.
