"It's between Red, Yael and Miguel."

I stopped walking right after I heard my name being said inside the conference room number two. I saw Nautica Consunji inside with Pan Vejar, kasama rin nilasi Kairos.Hindi ko alam kung bakit nabanggit ang pangalan ko. Pumasok ako. Gusto kong malaman.

"What? I heard my name. What's between us?" I asked them. Natawa si Kairos. Pan Vejar just grinned.

"The headship." Sabi ni Ica sa akin. "It's you, Yael and Miguel."

"Why me?" I asked.

"You're Lukas Consunj's grandson."

"There's Apollo, Achilles, Ody, Olie, Heph too. Hyan, Hya, Maze? Pan... Kairos..."

"Oh please." Kairos said. "I'm too busy with the airlines. I need time to see my wife and children at night." Tumawa siya.

"And I don't want that headship too 'cause it's like sakit to the ulo with so much ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch in the dulo, like nakakaloka so much!"

Natawa ako. "It's between Yael and Miguel lang."

Inilatag ni Yza Consunji – Demitri ang papeles na iniwanan noon ng Papa ni Papay – si Uncle Lukas. Ayon sa kanya mahigpit na ibinilin ni Lolo ang papeles na iyon sa Tatay niya. Ipinaalala ulit daw sa kanya iyon ng abogado ng pamilya right after Mama Hera died.

Iyong papel na iyon ay pirmado ni Lukas Consunji, may pirma rin ng abogado na nagsasabi na ibibigay ang para kay Papay – lahat, pati ang apelyidong Consunji ay para kay Papay, but because he was old enough to decide for himself, hindi niya iyon kinuha.
