Chapter 58

"Abi...let's talk." Cassie said, pulling Abigail aside in the hallways. Abigail was pleasantly surprised that her friend was finally willing to communicate and talk things through. 

"Cass....I...." Abigail began, now suddenly unable to utter the apology that she had been rehearsing in her head for weeks. 

"It's okay." Cassie said, putting a smile onto her face. "it's okay, Abi. You don't have to explain. I get it. And I forgive you." 

"R-really?" 

"Of course. I though it through over the past few weeks and...I realized that nothing was more important than our friendship. Guys come and go..but we're sisters, right?"  

"I'm so glad!" Abigail cried, pulling Cassie into a tight hug. Cassie flinched a little, not wanting to be touched by Abigail, but still gave in. 

Abigail found it strange that Cassie, who had avoided her for weeks, finally wanted to make up. However, she didn't think too much into it. She only assumed in her mind that Cassie finally came around and she was so happy to finally be reunited with her best friend.

"So...where will you be for summer?" Gabriel  asked, hoping she might join him again.  

She took a deep breathe and answered as she was told by Tom Riddle. 

"Can I join-"

"Of course you can!" He said, excited. "Oh, it will be fucking amazing! We're going to travel....you'll love it, I promise!"

"Travel where?" She asked. 

"New York! Mum loves New York so much its honestly ridiculous...anyways. We'll have so much fun there. I know you've never been to America. I'll have to show you literally everything..." Gabriel went on, dreaming of their perfect summer vacation together.

"New York? Can't say I'm surprised." Tom Riddle said, in deep thought. 

"W-what will I need to do there?" She asked. 

Riddle smiles and places a hand on her cheek. "Relax, darling. Nothing too much...it's summer. You deserve a vacation. Just keep your eyes open. I'll be in touch with you once you arrive."  

His hands slide down her cheek and onto her neck, his fingertips caressing down the length of her neck. 

She couldn't help but let out a gentle moan at his sensual touch. His hands traveled back up again to her lips and he inserted a thumb inside her mouth. 

She sighed.  

"Remember who you belong to." he whispered.

Seeing the two of them together made Cassie's blood boil with rage. 

She clenched her fists and pushed the wall of the train compartment. 

"Whore." She muttered under her breathe as soon as Abigail was out of sight. Penny laughs. 

"Told you. Now you see." Penny said smugly. "I heard they're going on vacation together." 

Cassie shook her head in distain. "Oh yes. I've heard all about it, from the precious little Abigail herself."     

Penny caught Cassie's eyes and saw a glint of something dangerous. 

"What will you do about it, huh?" Penny asked. 

"Oh, I'll fuck her up, I promise." Cassie sneered.
