Alex's POV

We walk in through the gates and I'm still in awe with the mansion. I will never get over how beautiful it is. There is a water fountain in the middle of the driveway and there is a large garage on the side. The door is grand with big handles and it looks like a palace.

Dyl leads me inside and it's more beautiful than the outside. There is marble flooring along the passage and there are large painting all across the wall. I can't believe I didn't look at this last time I was it.

"Welcome to my home. Hope you like it." Dyl says with a cute smile.

"Like it? Are you joking me? I love it. It's so beautiful." I say still in awe.

He chuckles in response and says, "Let's get to my room." He grabs my hand and leads me to his room.

It's just like I remembered it. The memories of me screaming come back and my breathing starts to shorten but I control it, like my therapist used to tell me, and soon I am back to normal.

I love you. Never forget that.

I shake my head and try and focus on tutoring Dyl instead and not think about the incident. Even though it happened years ago, I am always reliving the moment over and over again.

"Shall we get started?" I say breaking the silence.

"Yeah, cupcake." He goes to take out his book and I go over to his bed. It looked so inviting I jumped on it and giggled at how soft and comfortable it felt.

Dyl has done some extra reading and wrote down the stuff he didn't understand for me to go over with him and not waste time on the stuff he knows.

"Okay, let's start from here." I point to the first question and start explaining the topic to him and he writes down notes as I speak. I was going through his sheets when I look up to see Dyl was doing and if he needed any more help.

"Is there something on my face?" I ask self consciously. His eyes were trained on my face and I felt a slight blush. I seriously had to get this thing in control. It is getting ridiculous.

"No. I'm just looking at how beautiful you are. I'm so damn lucky I know you, Alex." Dyl says sweetly.

I blush deeper in response and look at my fingers. Dyl leans over and pulls my face to his. He kisses me as gentle as a feather at first but I surprise both of us with the amount of force I give back and he pulls me onto his lap. I notice that I am probably squashing him underneath me and just as I am about to pull away, he slips his tongue in my mouth and exploring the whole area. Running out breath right now was the most infuriating thing ever because I was enjoying this way too much.

"Dyl! You can't do that! I'm tutoring you if you keep kissing me we won't get anything done." I say in frustration as I pull away.

"Sorry baby. You're just so irresistible." I blush again. I decide not to reply and carry on in tutoring him.

After an hour of tutoring and many kisses in between, we get a lot done surprisingly. He understands the points he was struggling on and even scored a good number on some of the questions I gave him.

We decided to wrap up and finish for the day. I am getting too attached to Dyl and I know I should end whatever we have but I was happy after so long I didn't have it in me to go against my happiness.

My arm is pulled back, "Stay." He says.

I sit back down and he lays his head in my lap. I start to stroke his hair gently. The silence around us was comfortable like we have been together for many years.
