Chapter 6: Operation: Salvation

(Y/n) POV

I just finished my training in the gym when Six's voice could be heard through Intercom.

Intercom:" Operators Black Demon, White Devil, Wraith, Ela, Blitz, Montagne report to the meeting room"

I went and get my guns, my armor is already on, and jogged my way to the meeting room and arrived first, I walked in and took a seat and then every one else arrived. Six spoke.

Six:" Recent intel and satellite imaging revealed the location of a secret White Mask base within a Croatian forest. According to the intel, there are two mini tactical nuke warheads , retrieve them, you must. Also, the White Masks' second in command, Robert Cooper, David's Cooper's brother is also their, eliminate him if you can. Any questions?"

Everyone replied by cocking their guns.

Operation: Salvation

Objective: Retrieve small nuclear warheads.

Secondary Objective: Take out the White Mask's second in command

Location: A forest in Croatia

Team leader: Montagne

Operators: Black Demon, White Devil, Wraith, Ela, Blitz

Time skip 

I was sitting on the helicopter, we're near our destination.

Montagne: " We need to do this carefully, there are nukes in there"

Ela:" When have I done anything recklessly"

Blitz:" Like pretty much every f*cking mission"

Blitz and Montagne laughed loudly

Pilot:" Sh*t, we got locked on, prepare to jump"

We grabbed out parachute. As the hatch opened, we jumped out and deploy our parachute. Moments later, there was a massive explosion and the burning Chinook crashed into the ground. We were falling through te air, only to be met with enemy fire.

Montagne:" return fire"

I grabbed my assault rifle, switched it to full auto and return fire along with my team, I could see blood covering the bushes. However, there were still plenty of enemies and I spotted a few tanks of gasoline. I grabbed my m82, loaded with APIT (Armor Piercing Incendiary Tracer) rounds and shot the tanks causing a massive explosion, killing at least a dozen terrorists. My team landed and started removing their chutes but mine got stuck in the canopy. I cut the belts of my parachute at fell down, I rolled when I landed, reducing injuries.

Montagne: "Regroup!"

We stuck together and moved forward, Ela was in front and failed to notice the land mines in front of her so I shot at it, blowing it up, knocking her back but not seriously injuring her.

Montagne: "What did I say"

Ela:" I saw that"

Wraith:" You were heading straight for it"

I shot out a few more mines and we continued but more soldiers jumped out of the bushes and shot at us with m249's, we split up and hid behind trees.

Ela:" I'm throwing my mines"

Ela lobbed a few of he concussion mines, stunning the enemies. I took advantage of it and shot off the terrorists head with my M82.

I turned on my thermal vision and saw lots of people of vehicles up a head.

"Guys, lots of enemies and vehicles up ahead, it's probably the base"

Montagne:" Take out any guards, then we split up, Ela and Blitz with me and you three together, to find the nukes and the second in command."
