(Skyler's POV)

Ian and I sit up in the front of the car, Jerome and Ty in the back. I can't hold back my excitement and I smile ear to ear the whole ride to the hospital. As soon as we get parked my jaw hurts. I start run-walking up to the front doors.

"Skyler wait up!" Ian calls from the back of everyone. Jerome gets by my side within seconds followed by Ty. We watch Ian walks up to us, breathing heavily. I take his hand and laugh. "You'll survive..." We all laugh at that as we walk up to the visiting lady.

"We're here to see Rain Clark." Jerome practically yells. She types on her computer, "Alright, she is in room #314. Walk in quietly please." We walk to the elevator and go to the 3rd floor. It stops of the 2nd floor and some doctors come on. Then it goes up to the 3rd floor and the doors open.

"311, 312, 313... 314." Jerome mumbles, when he says 314 we all stop. Ian squeezes my hand, "Are you ready?" I nod and we walk in. Jerome goes straight towards her bed. I smile as I see her face. Memories flood back from that night and I feel nauseous. I run to the bathroom and throw up.

I feel someone pull my hair back and once I'm done throwing up I turn around. I am surprised to see that it is Ty, Ian at his side. Ian offers me his hand and I take it. "Thank you, to both of you." I smile and pull them into a hug. "Did it remind you..." Ian started but he didn't finish. I understood what he was going to say and just nod.

We hug each other until Ty breaks away. "I think she's awake, otherwise Jerome is talking to himself." He smiles and Ian takes my hand. "Come on." He whispers in my ear. He wraps his other arm around Ty's shoulders.

I see Rain in the same position as she was before but her eyes are open this time. Jerome is talking to her so she doesn't notice us. "Rain?" She turns her head towards us and tries to smile. She winces, she must be in pain. "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine, my body just aches..." I walk up to her and Jerome is holding her hand so I put my hand on her free one. "I'm glad you're okay." She stares over my shoulder and I turn my head, Ty is staring at us.

"Oh my gosh, how long was I out?" She smiles trying to hide the pain. "This is Ty, he was an orphan." She frowns, "Wait, you adopted a boy?" I laugh and look at Ian, "Something like that... It's a long story. We'll tell you about it as soon as you get home."
