(Ty's POV)
I smile as I listen to Jerome's proposal. After she says yes, Jerome pulls Rain aside. He hands her a rolled up piece of paper. After reading it she smiles. They walk over to me and hand me the paper.
They smile at me, "Read it." I nod and look down. I read Certificate Of Adoption. I skim through it, it has my name written down. I feel tears form in my eyes. Happy tears. I look at them, "How would you like to become a Smith?"
The tears start running down my face, I am too speechless to talk so I just nod. Jerome gets a big smile on his face, Rain brings me into a hug, followed by Jerome. I wave Skyler and Ian over to celebrate with us.
"I love you guys so much. All of you." Jerome announces as we break away from the hug. Rain runs her thumbs over my cheeks. Ian gives Jerome a hug, "Congratulations on your new family." I laugh, "A family at last."
