A Family At Last

Sleeping

(Jerome's POV)

Ty and I end up falling asleep. I wake up and find him sleeping the floor. I smile, lift him up gently and put him on the bed. I put him under the covers and text Ian. 'When are you guys coming to the hotel?' I put my phone on the dresser and sit down next to Ty.

My phone vibrates, 'Be there in about two minutes' I look at Ty, 'Come in quietly, Ty is sleeping and I might fall asleep soon too :)' I put my phone back on the dresser and get under the covers and close my eyes.

(Skyler's POV)

Ian and I decided to just walk to the hotel. We don't need to call a taxi for a five minute drive. I take Ian's hand and he smiles. "I forgot to tell you, my first ultrasound is in a few days. Since we're in Florida it will be a different doctor doing the ultrasound. Would you like to come?"

"No," I look at him and he smiles, "I'm kidding! Of course I want to go, it's our baby after all." I kiss him and we reach the hotel we're staying at. "Jerome said to go in quietly because Ty is asleep. Also he'll probably fall asleep too."

I nod, "We should probably go to sleep too, I'm pooped." He laughs, "I am too, I don't think I've gotten a good night of sleep in a few days. But knowing Rain is okay will probably help." I smile, I know that will help me sleep too.

We walk into our hotel room quietly and see Jerome and Ty sprawled out on their bed. I smile, Jerome will be a great father to him. I sit down on our bed, take off my shoes and lay down. After a few minutes Ian lays down next to me.

He puts his hand on my stomach and leans down to kiss it. "I love you both." He whispers as he faces me. We kiss one more time and then we close our eyes. I find myself drifting off into sleep.
