After Vice hung up the phone, he looked around franticly. He spotted a backpack near my closet. Vice grabbed it and went to my drawers, and stuffed some clothes in the bag. With him rushing around, I pulled on some clothes. He then grabbed my wrist tightly and grabbed the card the strange man left, and dashed out my house. He continued running without giving an explanation. "Vice! What's going on?!" I yelled as we ran. "We have to disappear!" he screamed.

After running up the steps of his apartment building. At his floor level, he took out a key, and jammed it in the keyhole. We burst through the door, and he opened a safe. It revealed an ample amount of money. He stuffed it all in the backpack, along with three sets of keys. We raced down the steps, and hopped on his midnight blue motorbike. He sped through the streets to reach the highway. "What's going on Vice? Why do we have to disappear? Who called you?" I asked all at once. He gritted his teeth in agitation. "Nothing is gonna happen to you." He said lowly. I almost didn't hear him over the loud engine. "That's not answering my questions." I said annoyed. All of a sudden a car swerved behind us and in front of us. Vice's hands squeezed the handles of the bike hard to where his skin grew tight around his knuckles. Shards of ice started to fly around, Vice swerving dodging the large shards that supposedly aimed toward us.

They kept trying to throw off his driving by boxing him into tight areas, but Vice was good on a motorcycle, and was able to swerve out of the tight spots, I gripping for dear life, hoping I don't fall off this dangerous vehicle. I could feel his body growing colder with anger. I knew we couldn't avoid them forever. I had to do something. "Keep riding." I said calmly. I then stretched my arms in front of him to lock my fingers together, with my palm facing outward, aiming towards the car in front of us. Vice accelerated speed, as i released a tidal wave of flames, pushing back the bike's acceleration slightly. Fire traveled up my arms, and gathered in my hair, as I released my hands, deflecting away from Vice as my arms waved around, spewing fiery flames around us. Vice effortlessly rode through the destructive barriers, as I arched back behind me, releasing the force of fire that was building in my throat, having it shoot towards one of the vehicles getting threatening close. The force I emitted accelerated the motorbike substantially, as Vice gained acceleration, swerving through oncoming traffic by mere inches.

Since it was late, not many cars were on the road to begin with, but for the amount that was, suffered immediate damage because of the new bursts of flames they were now trying to avoid.. Vice sped ahead of the now open space he had. The car behind us did similar motions the attacking cars in front did, but it slid into a ditch before stopping movement completely. "Nice." Vice said to himself. Before I processed what he said, ice formed around my waist, before lifting me high into the night sky, view of Vice's bike immediately stopping with a loud screech, as he revved it into a full spin, going into the direction I was now being pulled. I immediately began throwing waves of heat to break away, but now it seemed as though I was battling the constantly reforming ice that was trying to pierce me in every which direction, but I was determined not to let it trap me again in its hold, using any chance I could to push off into another direction when it would lag in deforming. It was creating a whirl of patterns and shapes, that created an endless maze of ice I was finding it harder and harder to escape from. My flames lit up the night sky, just as much as the threatening ice would soar through attempting its entrapment once more. "Firen!" I heard Vice yell before I saw his figure shoot into my direction, him bursting towards me in a blast of snow. As soon as his body intercepted with mine, I latched onto him, right as he released a surge of ice around us, creating a sphere of solid ice protection around us, So heavy it only stayed elevated momentarily, before rolling down at an accelerated rate. The threatening ice against us tried to stop the ball from rolling away, but I started torching our way through, determined to get grounded again.
