Shay rushed over to her collapsed partner, "Savannah? Squeeze my hand if you can hear me?"
Shay waited, waiting to feel the squeeze she needed to feel, but it didn't happen.
"Can I have some help in here!?" Shay called through to the kitchen.
All of the team came, including Chief, and looked at Savannah unconscious on the floor.
"What happened?" Mills said kneeling down next to Shay.
"I'm not sure, she got up to get some water and just collapsed." Shay said running her hands through her hair.
"Shay." Casey said gesturing towards were her top had lifted and revealed part of the purple bruise.
"She never said she was in pain." Mills said shocked.
"I think she has internal bleeding." Shay said putting pressure on her abdomen.
"Is that blood?." Herrmann said gesturing to the red marks on her palms.
"Damn it. We need to get her to the hospital. Mills can you drive?" Shay said tossing him the ambulance keys.
"Y-yeah of course." Mills said running to the ambulance.
"And get a backboard and gurney!" she called.
Suddenly Savannah started coughing and choking.
"What's happening?" Severide asked.
"Her body is trying to get rid of the blood in her abdomen so it's bringing it back up. Can someone help me hold her?" she asked after explaining her friends condition.
Casey and Severide both helped hold Savannah steady whilst Shay put a tube in her side.
Mills ran over with the backboard and gurney. Shay slid the backboard under her friends back and with the help of Casey,Mills,Severide and Herrmann got her onto the gurney.
"We'll follow behind." Casey said shutting the ambulance door,"I'll call Dawson."
Mills turned on the siren and sped off on route to the hospital.

Mills pulled up by the hospital doors and opened the back doors, helping Shay to push her into the hospital.
"What we got?" A doctor asked putting purple rubber gloves on.
"Female, aged 28, Savannah Davids, internal bleeding in abdomen from building collapse." Shay said wheeling her to triage.
"We've got it." A nurse said to her meaning for Shay to let go of the gurney.
"She'll be fine." Mills said putting an arm on Shay's shoulder. As he did so Shay put her hands over her face and rested her head on Mill's chest. Over Shay's shoulder he saw the others standing near the entrance, the hope drained from their faces.
